I made a similar point about their nomads offer himnextdoor. I bought it with a few hours to go, but bought enough for about 22hrs. It ended after the event, but did not pick up at the start of next event. I pointed out all the contractual obligements in their very little smallprint, none of which suggested this would be acceptable. I got my nomads bonus :-) surprisingly though they have still not changed any of the small print or wording of that offer. Genuinely making it a rip-off that you could probably take to watchdog or something...

GGE really need to get talking on this openly to all players, rumours aren't helping players hearing from other players that they've had responses to the tickets that were raised, and that these GGE responses to individual players are less than satisfactory, GGE you aren't helping your case by staying silent to the masses your adding fuel to the fire with the responses your giving to players tickets regarding the mess up over nomads and the now it seems non starter compensation. Every day you stay silent the issues grow as the main knock on from the nomad mess is a complete lack of skip times for the majority of us to be able to actively compete in firstly the ridiculously shorted "20hour" nomads last week and now the stupidly short 2 day samurai's. Your losing revenue and the respect of your customers through your lack of communication to the wider community, Start opening up get out here and tell us all what you intend to do to resolve the issues that have been raised so eloquently in this forum that you have yet to respond to.

2 day sams... This exactly the bloody reason we're protesting in the first place. Stop shortening the good events to the point where you could practically sleep through it. For christ sake whose dumb idea was it to start reducing the duration of sams and nomands and making the foreigners longer.

Think you should really start listening to your customers and take note...
Just in this thread alone over 15 alliances/families have made it public they are coming together in either the PvP or Ruby Boycott. Which is over 850 members making it public...
This is not to mention all the behind scenes agreements that alliances have made for example the Top 25 alliances on this server have come together on this with many other alliances happily and willingly joining in as the word is spread across our server.
Hard to ignore...???
Our server communicates very well with each other and we are all coming together to make a stand against these recent issues. It's time to start taking the right action asap and start thinking of your customers!

Dear GGE and Support,
As leader of Bsk AO and long time ruby player I felt the need in the first time in over
3 years to sign up and post.
As one of the original people that called for the pvp and ruby boycott I felt compelled to do so now.
I whole heartedly support and admire all those alliances big and small that are joining this protest
and will as leader of ao be calling for it to be continued until such time as you actually listen to your
paying/ non paying client base.
At this juncture after waiting all weekend for the promised compensation on making the nomad balls up right
I'm aghast at the complete lack of any communication yesterday from yourselves or your pay masters.
At this point I would say we probably have far more chance of the alchemist or barterer turning up lol
(which by the way have not been seen since July 2014!!)
Yes folks nearly 2 years on all those unable to complete achievements.
Now what do gge need to do to make it right?
that's what you should be asking yourselves gge.
In the meantime an acknowledgement that you are at least aware that most of the alliances here are unhappy
and you are working on making it right.
Until then not one more ruby will be bought by myself and I will continue to instruct bsk ao to not participate
in any pvp attacks post our already agreed UK server cease fire deadline and continue the ruby buying boycott as best as possible.
At the end of the day the ball is firmly in your court but the lies and deceit will no longer be tolerated by the masses.
Feel free to mail me direct if you wish but would prefer a response here so all can see.
until then I hope your profits are dissipating like the things that used to be in the game re alchemist and barterer
and the event times for things we like IE nomads and Samurais.

PraeGuard will also be taking part in the ceasefire and ruby boycott. We sincerely hope that GGS does something about the poop they've put across so far, be it a worthy compensation or even a public apology and not just evade the issue by saying "We know you're frustrated"

well, its not really is it,
people work, eat and sleep, which cuts down playing time,
they have a life outside of the game,
lack of skips means that time is wasted, yes, skips can be got from rbc's,
but 1, 5 and 10 mins isn't much for 5 and a half hours cooling down
so 2 days converts to a couple or few of hours
