Steve its clear your online in the forum from your recent post regarding server moves, We know you may not have all the answers and we aren't holding cm's personally responsible to have all the answers but an acknowledgment from you that we aren't being ignored would be gratefully received by all.

Unfortunately I was off sick yesterday, hence the radio silence. I'm currently working towards finding out more information regarding the compensation for Fridays issues, and will let you guys know when I have some more information.

One thing to note in the meantime; I'm aware that the problems with the Nomads are super annoying, but when it comes to recent features, we'd appreciate it if you guys could let us know exactly what you think is wrong with them. The more constructive you can be with your feedback, the easier it is for me to forward it on to the relevant departments.

1. for the utter chaos caused by the missing Nomads and the impact that will have on so many people;

That's a lot of fixing that needs to be done. And once people get used to playing without buying rubies, you do realise you won't get all of them back into the same levels of spending as they did previously don't you?

I think if you read back in the threads created since the introduction of the new building on Friday you'll find plenty of details as to the issues with that particular update, players have been rather eloquent on the matter.

I would have hoped and expected that gge would provide an alternative conduit to communicate with the players as soon as they were aware of your absence considering the strength of feeling regarding these issues, the delays in communication and clarity just seem to be piling up and adding too the general frustration for all.

Add to that the extra kick in the teeth items that just seem to keep on coming, i.e. only 2 days of samurai's (but hey we don't have enough skips to work them properly anyway lol ) then your looking a lot of very unhappy bunnies on the en1 server.
