This new update came at the wrong time.

Shows no customer compassion at all- I dont think there is now anything to defend.

They have made a mistake - They have admitted there was problems and looked at data.

Only data they are looking at is ruby buying.. Other servers still buying so lets carry on with updates.
Extremely disappointing .

won't be long for other servers to have some GGE's cock ups, just a matter of time

GGS panics at the sudden drop in ruby sales and tries to bribe players by handing out look items that turns horses into unicorns with rainbows and all other troops into Hello Kitty's

Then wonders why there is a mass stampede by players towards the exit

That's because rubies are where the profit comes in. No rubies, no money, no GGE to complain about.
