Apologies for the delays in information flow regarding this subject., this is due to the fact that we've been having a lot of meetings about the topic all day, and as it stands, the current compensation package given out by our Support Team will remain.
We will have another meeting to review the situation on Monday and I will keep you updated once I have any more news to share with you.

The one and only tried and tested way to get your complaints listened to on this game is to hold a total ruby boycott or just stop participating in events, from what I heard there was a pvp boycott and a some players had a ruby boycott but a lot of players just couldn't resist it appears. I just stopped playing for the week until nomads would come back as I have done my fair share of complaining on this forum and being surrounded by the negativity rubs off on everyone around you if you stay here on here for long enough.
You can either keep crying about what has happened over the past week on a closed game forum which only has one mod to keep things taking over and takes the complaints on the chin or do something about it to hurt Goodgame studios reputation by taking to social media like as suggested earlier by someone. At the moment its just a bunch of fireside lawyers complaining in alliance chats and renaming alliances in the hope that some light will be thrown on the past week of events of non existent customer support and total dismissal of player feedback.
You've already seen it before with the legendary update launch when all levels had to use kingdom resources to construct buildings and extinguish fires it only took the majority of the UK server to boycott ruby spending and ruby buying for a few days for the update to be tweaked as per players demands and this is a very similar situation. Personally I don't find it too hard to walk away from a game for a few days or weeks until player demands are listened to.

Its not the customers fault GoodGame Studios have not bothered to employ more CM's. Its not the Customers fault they do not get the correct feedback. Its certainly not the customers fault the customer service is absolutely shocking.
Steve has been doing a good job from what I have heard - but lately its questionable to what hes actually feeding back.

On a personal level I responded to their latest derisory email on Friday morning, I already know not to expect any reply until at least Monday, unlike them however I am a reasonable person and will give them until close of play on Tuesday to allow them to have their "meetings" and for them to consider their response.
I have made it clear that if I and my alliance do not receive what is owed/earned and is not compensation then I also will quit. It's a simple choice for them and a reversal of their take it or leave it insulting off of what they call compensation. Well, 40 samurai chests and 25x5 hour time skips I can only view as a contrived insult possible intended to alienate the customer base even further.
I repeat what I said earlier in this thread, perhaps we are all viewing this situation from the wrong perspective, no responsible company with an interest in keeping it's customers happy would even consider dealing with them in the manner in which we have been dealt with. It speaks volumes, they have no interest in us and are not interested in our views. So the choice is now ours, accept the scraps they throw us and shut up or email them again individually and let them know what will happen if they do not come up with what their advertising pre-event and at the start of the event promised, only then can they talk about compensation.
Talking on here and participating in boycotts in game will have no effect on their own, we need to voice loudly our dissatisfaction and not just sit back waiting for others to fight the battle. I have been participating in a leaders Skype room where we have discussed the issues and it has surprised me that there are clear differences in attitude with members of certain alliances, some appear to be prepared not to fully participate in player action or to fully express their dissatisfaction to GGS. Wake up, this game is on a downward spiral and unless it is halted will die a slow death.
I fully expect my GGS reply to my considered email to be yet another fob off at which point I will vote with my feet as that will do it for me, I shudder to think of the money I have spent on this game over the past 3 years, certainly enough to buy a nice car and I was prepared to do so as I enjoyed the game. I will not continue in the current dismissive attitude. Lets see if I am others are valued or not. Lets see if they can pull back from the brink or not.
An update from me one way or the other on Tuesday night my playmates, I hope for the best but fully expect the worst. Get mailing and do what you need to do......

I just don't get how gge can mess up so badly
nomads or the lack of them mess my hole playing game the loss of time, time skips, ice points troops mantlets nomad chests and nomad points it just made me think whats the point
the new daily's is also a waste of time doing as rewards are a lot worse than old ones
I just feel there's ought we can do but pack our bags say goodbye goodgame and start war of the realms where there support might know what players need

I can't understand the reticence of GGS to accept failure and honour a contractual commitment. I'm an IT guy. A solution architect on a global scale. Roadmaps drive a product forward, I get that. However, at some point when failures occur that has to be put on hold and remediation happen.
I really don't comprehend the arrogance here.
To read that the only person to illicit a tangible response is the current number one spot player, is... enlightening? Horrifying?

Yes I agree. And the fact is he is looking at quitting if they don't get this sorted. If they don't consider that a wake up call then they really do not have the business acumen that a pistachio nut has!
