I would recommend Legends Of Honor but that is run by GGS as well.   Gave up on it ages ago, because it was a bit boring tbh.  We need a new game by someone not linked with GGS and that have at least half decent support service.

Sent this to the support. See if they still give me the same bullshit copy and paste answer 

I have lost tonnes of rewards from nomads.   I don't want any bullshit copy and paste.  We (all the effected players) need full compensation.  This is a gigantic problem and you'll lose mass amounts of money, due to loyal consumers leaving the game.  FIX  THIS ASAP WITH FULL COMPENSATION NOT A MEASLY 25 FIVE HOUR SKIPS.

Face it folks, GGS ain't gonna do nothing other than offer 25 skips to those who can be bothered to raise a personal complaint with support.
Best suggestion I have seen is to take the argument public on social media  - where there is a real threat to the worldwide customer base (now and future), their reputation and (possibly) any hopes they might have of a stock issue.

Mine isnt a bit brighter, too long now and taking the p***, i spend to much on this game to be 1/ ignored on a Support logged complaint and 2/ to lose so much due to GGE again messing up when i had planned the Nomad run and built for it.

As far as I see it we have 2 options.

1/ we log out and don't log back in until support have mailed us and given us a decent offer

Problem with that is: a lot have "swapped to other accounts" and wont have original email, shame as this would have worked if the top 20 alliances did it.

2/ No events at all by at least the top 20 alliances, all alliances if possible, but has to also include no rubie buys at all.

Only way to do this and prove we can actually ALL work together when screwed.

I am calling for everyone to make their own personal stance on this issue. GGS have to fund their company and do so with the money we pay them. If everyone just stopped buying rubies and did not until the issues here are resolved then we might just grab their attention.

It is a matter of principle for me so I am not buying any rubies, I will play this game as a non ruby buyer. I call on everyone who has a view on this to stand with me and do the same regardless of whether you think it will get supported enough. Talk to your team mates, Talk to everyone, spread this message amongst all. Let us get their attention and show that we will not stand for this treatment.  I will not buy any, regardless of what others do, because a point of principle either exists or it doesn't. If others choose to buy then that is your choice but it does not invalidate my matter of principle.

So if you feel the same as me then stand up and be counted. I need you with me, it's a medieval war game so who wants to be my knight in shinning armour and help me battle GGS.........................

We are already taking a stance in the alliance I am in '25x5Hr SkipsLOL' formally TeamXtreme.

Many members have brought up spending what the have left and leaving - Currently encourage them to stay and play on GGS servers for free! So we will be making a stance until this is sorted knowing full well it will effect the amazing growth and strength of our alliance!

As we all watch the final moments of a long, fruitful and exhilarating era on this fine server, we should all bow our heads and thank Steve´s commanders for the wake up call they have brought upon us with their total disrespect of loyalty to their customers.
They have accomplished, in just a few days, to remind us that we are humans and do not deserve to be treated in a robotic, nonchalant, disrespectful way. They have managed to get players on at least one server to rise against them and discontinue what has become our favorite pastime, spending money on a medieval war game to play with friends.
They have taught us and reminded that this game can be played without purchasing rubies. They have also reminded us that the real reason many of us are here is because of the friendship we have gained and fostered through the years.

Their biggest achievement is though that they have created an atmosphere around the company and its service that many of us find so distasteful that we are willing to leave all our good friends and a very interesting and enjoyable game behind and start once more in a different venue.

No small accomplishment in the course of few days.

Being an academic, I am certain this encounter will in due time go down in textbooks as a prime example of what piss poor management and total disrespect for costumers achieves.

While we await their final reaction and the class action lawsuits being prepared:
I will not buy rubies as I am unwilling to fund a companies payroll that treats their customers this way.
I will participate in all activities of protest, boycotting events, PVP etc.
I will use all means I have to point out to players around the world how this company behaves and treats its customers.

GB1 may be a small portion of their portfolio, but if we don´t stand up against such blatant violence, maybe nobody will.

I have tarnished blood stained armour - and have fought this battle hard - it appears without success - thank you all well wishers from some very unexpected quarters - the people who play the game united for the good of each other is encouraging to witness - there are excellent examples of friendship and respect shown in these sad times. A certain irony on enquiring on the delete account link was the fastest response I have ever seen from GGE - speaks volumes - I will fight one last battle for you - if I die on the sword to get justice - and you good people receive what is rightfully yours - it will be my finest hour !

Some very interesting points..



Phils point is simple 75 won most points in the 20 hours so they deserve the prizes as do ALL......

I think gge have perhaps given chat moderators/complaints staff an impossible job by giving limited powers and clearly not allowing them to sort this mess.


You do not walk into a bank and get told to wait a week for unlawful charges to be considered before you gain a reply.............thee staff in bank deal with the query.simple.


I fins the entire customer service of email and automated bullchit reply quite disrespectful if honest...


This is 2016 this game runs 24 7 365 so you should have a port of call for this with the effective power to switch things and compensate.............with an added live chat......why is this not applicable.......because gge is cost driven by a bunch of sausage eaters sat in an office planning pole dancing parties with our bloody wages.....I do not blame any mods of gge or steve or anyone replying to mails....


You are simply monkeys fed bananas and expected to answer complaints whilst passing time.....hoping most complaints wash over.


I just find it astounding a live game which some pay up to 30k does not have a facility of live chat or phone......in laymens terms it is a fooking disgrace
