Thanks for that, Mike. I needed to see some sort of response other than the incredibly shocking, appalling and just plain insulting ones we've been subjected to over the last week. Let's hope this leads to a positive outcome, or plenty will be following suit.

It would be educational for them if they to actually take some time to read the forums and see just how much anger, frustration and feeling of disillusion this latest blunder in a long series of blunders has created. In most other companies, those responsible would have been fired for this by now.

Yes, it may get them to listen, but on your end, after you quit, you wouldn't give a rat's behind what happens here anymore.

What they don't seem to realise is that it's NOT the game that keeps us here; (that aspect of GGE has long since been destroyed) it's actually the friends we've made. And let's face it, friends can keep in touch via other means and play other games together. A mass migration on to other games would keep us together, but eliminate GGE entirely. Not easy, but doable.

I fail to understand why all the continuous but relevant feedback we are providing is being overlook.

Why as it taken till today for the company to have a meeting about it? What happened to the meetings when it first happened and how it would be rectified - Surely that would of been the logical way of looking into it.

There should be an official announcement on GoodGame Studios official page.

As, without Mike( The customer) forwarding the information we wouldn't have a clue what steps are being taken - Just my opinion.

I would like to reiterate and expand on an earlier point about compensation.

I buy a washing machine and it's delivery is two weeks later than promised. If the company give me the washing machine and £50 refund for the delay then £50 is compensation, the washing machine is just the original purchase.

You cannot give compensation if you have not given the original item! How many of us would accept the £50 refund and NO washing machine? None of us.

So we all require what we earned and then you can discuss compensation. GGS cannot call it a compensation package till they have provided what we earned!

If it took the company 2 months to deliver that washing machine then you would expect more than £50 compensation. The longer it takes to resolve, the more inconvenience and effort is expended, the larger the compensation package will be required to be.

So GGS, Take note, send some of your staff on customer service courses where they can learn that if you accept responsibility for your errors early, communicate effectively with your customers immediately and take steps to redress the issue, you will in the long run save yourself time and money as dealing with complaints is very costly.

How much time and money do you think you will have to invest into dealing with our continued complaints? I will keep sending my support emails until you pay out what is required (25 * 5hr skips is an insult). And if everyone else does the same then how long will your support department continue to function? (Even in the manner it does now) And how long before players just start leaving you?

Accept the responsibility for your error and provide a generous in game gift. I do not care if others get more than they earned, if that is the only way to do it, so long as I and everyone else get at least what we earned.

It is a matter of principle now.

Seriously though does anybody have suggestions for an alternative to this game? If this doesn't get resolved i'd very much like myself and all those i play with to relocate elsewhere.

Another meeting?! Once again you are dragging it out hoping that we will just get bored over the weekend and give up. Utter arrogance. Quite frankly, I'm getting really fucking annoyed with GGS' response on this.

It is not compensation if you are not providing the original items. You may in GGS have as many meetings as you like but until you resolve this issue satisfactorily, you will not get another penny from me. I urge everyone on the effected servers (or indeed anyone who wants to show GGS that they need to listen to their customers) to refrain from buying a single ruby.

Let's see who hold out longest shall we? Your customers who can play this game without money or GGS who as a business cannot pay their employees without revenue.

I guess you have managed to make this a war game again, just not the way it should be. Let battle commence..................

Tough luck on the delays in misinformation flow regarding this subject., this is due to the fact that we've been having an extended Friday lunch instead of a lot of meetings about the topic, and as it stands, the current lame compensation package given out by our Support Team will remain, so take it or leave it.

The gall of GGE is unbelievable. This one sentence will be the single cause of the biggest dip in your income on EN1. Ever head of the phrase "Never bite the hand that feeds you"? Players pay your wages directly, and this is how you treat them.

Oh well, time to go blow the dust off my console.

25 x 5 hours skips ,what a discrace how about food coin and troops that could easily have been won,fromm the icechampionship and alliance part of nomads not to mention knock on effect for samuri 25 time skips dont even scratch the surface,anyone know of decent non rip off games to play.

They clearly don't give a toss. Meeting after meeting apparently - What is there to discuss?! Their reputation has been severely dented and they are an absolute laughing stock amongst their most loyal and long standing players. There will be absolutely no correspondence on this now. I don't think we will hear anything on Monday now... unless it's another update (which will probably introduce some more bugs to the game).

Hmmm - Another day of delay - The weekend wont sort this out. 

Mondays meeting better have all customer service issues addressed and the update we received MUST include how the are going to improve the support service they offer.

Something which could of been sorted within 24-48 hours has now changed the whole game forever.

The same copy and paste response - Even though I clearly asked for the response message not to include the '25x25 hour skips'

Goes to show they are not even reading the inquiries.

Management should be ashamed. I certainly would be.

If anyone from GGE is listening - I have spent my "game life" looking after my alliance "pixel losses" standing up to some almighty powerful battles - and on the whole enjoyed every minute. Seeing the players work their socks off to get rewards and spending "real money" to achieve ambitions, for some arrogant decision maker in GGE to take it away - I simply cannot live with. I read the 25 skips still stands - as "that's it" take it or leave it - therefore the decision is really quite simple - leave it -  What I could have lived with is an outright apology - from GGE - and a solid commitment to "find a way" to replace what was infact earned and taken away - through a programme glitch - even if it was a question of within " x days"

But no - just an arrogant continuation of the same line of communication - and virtual denial -is now beyond recovery.

Good arguments for gge to answer here...


What has ruined a lot for me personally is the nobilities..spend more rubies???.........recruit more men....buy most tools...just poor thought out nobilities.Crap prizes 9/10 times.


Samurais now have good po items and a fantastic cy cast but the winner of this entire competition individually gets a level 10 gem..............whereas the alliance tournament gives the entire 75 team level 11 gems?????/

Surely a guy winning the samurai should be rewarded with something better than the alliance tourney which rewards an entire team???????.......alienating every alliance bar 75 on the server with this 1.


You cant value this tourney at 65x level 11 gems and give the guys grafting in fls absolute crap in comparison..


Need to screw heads on here gge....
