, I'm in total agreement of the points raised by Ang and appreciate the more detailed response from you Steve but I'd like to expand a little on the effect that the mess around nomads has had on players, we aren't being unreasonable by highlighting the loss of skips as the biggest issue for all levels of players as to be honest that's just the tip of iceburg to the consequences to each persons game that are rolling on since the delayed then bugged and shortened nomad event on Friday.
1 - 20 hours of nomads could not be hit to the maximum as most alliances weren't receiving the skips that would be required to do that, incurring a loss of gold, res, food, and nomad tablets for each player
2 - As players had prepped their castles for a full nomad event they weren't necessarily fully able to then prep them for the following invasion, (imbalance of ranged to melee troops etc) some of us forward plan for events with type of tools we make and troops we recruit, Along with not having enough tablets from nomads to purchase horsetails for the invasion, therefore glory titles and ability to hit invasion castle did suffer.
3 - With delay's in compensating any of this its now effecting the 2 days of samurai's, without the accumulated skip times from the nomad event players are also still unable to cap the sam's camps and maximise the points they are normally able to accumulate even on a shortened event (example my normal performance would have had the camps capped by mid morning and be running fully to accumulate ice champ points and tokens to shop with for at least one and a half of the two days, I currently I have one camp capped others close to it and i'm now waiting five hours to be able to hit again, looting while I wait trying to accumulate a few more skips but definitely unwilling and unable to pay just over 5k rubies to speed the cooldown on a camp after each hit)
I am in the fortunate position of already having gained the points to complete the ice champ rewards so am just maintaining my rank in the top 100, but I know that other members of my own alliance and therefore I assume players throughout the server had planned there work/life time to be able to focus on particular scheduled events to gain the points they need to complete the championship, they have worked hard in game and are feeling massively let down that this issue is being aloud to roll on and continue to inhibit their ability to complete the job they had started with the ice championship through no fault of their own. With the start of each new event and no compensation package the effect continues to escalate.

We need to add some pieces of ice cast armour to the demands. there are individuals all over the server who were going to go all out in sams to complete their ice cast and now they cant.

We got the points for them, the game says we should have got the rewards, just pay them simple!!!! its not difficult really
Anything else than that is totally unacceptable, we played the even as it should have been, got the points the game said we needed to qualify for the prizes, therefore the prizeshave to be paid!!!!! And whats more we need them NOW for this event!!! we are already 24 hrs late, so i am assuming you will be paying interest on them.
Tomorrow is too late, in a few hour is too late, the event is running NOW we need them now, we needed them 24 hrs ago, timing is everything.
I am not asking for anything I did not EARN, as per the rules of your game, I hit the targets YOU set, to earn the REWARDS you promised. just give me what you promised. and stop making people have to come on here and beg for what you OWE them. and do it now.
Ok my alliance is easy, we hit the required target even in the 20 hrs so its a no brainer, however i see that its maybe not that straight forward for all alliances, so just look at the total alliance points total say over the last 3 events average them out and pay the rewards based on that. you already know what the rewards shoudl have been, so no need to work out a compensation package, the package is already set in stone. People are only asking for what they EARNED, they are not looking for a handout. The fact my alliance achieved 95k+ points in the 20 hrs we EXPECT to recieve every single prize we are owed, both to the alliance and each individual alliance member.
how do you think it would go down if you played the lottery, did everything as you were asked to, won the jackpot, and the lottery people said sorry been a bit of a cock up this week we have decided not to pay any prizes, but as a sorry here is a £1 compensation. Not really much use if you bought £100 worth of tickets is it!!!
And please stop calling it compensation, it isnt, its simply addressing a known bug in the game where by the rewards that should have been paid were not, its simple just pay the rewards that should have been paid to the people that earned them. Just like any other problem. Ie if i by 1 million ruby and its not credited to my account, i expect you to rectify the problem with 1million rubies, not a few chests. if you want to pay compensation then rectifty the problem now pay people what they are missing, then pay an addition compensation package by way of an appology. NOT instead of paying them what they are owed!!!!

Third, if those chests are GGS's idea of compensation for this whole sorry saga then I think I'm about done with this game

Well put i seriously don't know what the hell GGE think they are playing at.
As far as I know, the tokens were part of a compensation package, but not the entire thing. I'll try to get more information about the whole package to you as soon as I get the opportunity to.
