This is a petition for GGS to change their ways in a few key areas:

1) Expand and change the customer support team. Currently it is shocking. You treat us players as numbers in your system, not as people and some paying customers. You are a business, you must know that you wont succeed with unhappy customers.
2)Listen to us! this forum is here to give you guys our feedback, there are sections for feedback, but in my 3 years of playing, my only recollection of you guys listening is when you made all buildings cost kingdom res - even for non level 70s - but due to the volume of complaints you revoked it
3)Fix the game!! sort out all bugs before bringing in new ones. Properly test updates before sending them out to avoid backlash and disasters - such as the ones in the last week

Comment with "I support this" and if we get enough, GGS will have to do something

I morally support this.   but i know that GGE will give us a hearty **** ** instead of changing anything.  remember the bakery update?   they make the changes they want and don't give a single *** about the customers.  sorry for my poor language but it is the only way to express how GGE really treats the customers.

Just to let you know, it'd be much appreciated if you could give us continuous constructive feedback on things, rather than just 'I Support This'. I get the intention behind it, but it really makes it more difficult to find the actual key points.

Personally I have the feeling that those at GGS that are in a position to do anything constructive about this situation simply don't care

how many times do you need telling about all the bugs  there are whole threads listing the problems !!!!!!!   and you have said that you have read them and passed them on,  how hard is it for your employers to undersatnd what has happened and to rectify it????????

Steve, tell your managers and games designers to spend just ten minutes looking over these forums instead of hearing about the "constructive" feedback you are giving them.

Let them see how royally pissed off everyone is and make them realise their utter incompetence.

the actual key points have been mentioned, and continue to be mentioned,
virtually everyone is saying the same,

i have a child, when i keep pointing out 'key points' about her room it used to get tidied and put in order,
now all i get is "yea, yea, same old thing, live with it"

Exactly - the problems have already been stated and repeated several times. 'Continuous constructive feedback' doesn't make sense because the feedback has already all been given and the 'key points' are all right there. You don't need more feedback what you need is to know how many people support the feedback (the point of this thread) and to forward that. And what we need is some RESULTS so we know that the feedback is not going to waste.

I think the key points are pretty simple to understand, there is more than enough information on the various forum threads if, as you claim, you actually read through them.

In short,
Try treating your customers complaints more seriously
Try actually listening to what your customers are saying.
Treat your customers with respect, we are not stupid !
Answer your customers queries with as much information as possible and in a timely manner.
Proactively work on our behalf to ensure GG management understand how frustrated people are.
Never forget that we as customers have supported this game and gone some way to providing GG with income and indeed youself with salary.

The 'Support Team' must have repetitive strain injuries by now. 'ctrl+c follow quickly by ctrl+v  - Send.'

too right...GGS should fire the customer service team and build a robot...we wouldn't even see a difference

I'd suggest taking the petition to their social media accounts as well. I am sure there are many future players of GGE who would be interested to hear of their contempt for their customers before making the decision to commit.
