Seriously now. You not to stop messing around with the game , TEST , Test then test again - Then release.
Berimond has now added extra days ( Yeah You will say we will fix it.)
Customers would of been under the assumption they had x amount of days to complete x amount of tasks.
Some customers would of hit longer and harder some customers would of used Rubies to achieve the goals they set themselves.
With it adding extra hours for what ever reason you have not delivery in then service that was given. You have literally cheated your customers out of their time and money.
Some customers are wise the GGS Customers Service and would of taken screenshots to show what they should be getting some will be having a great time sharing gifts and quality time with theirs mothers without have the ability to take a screenshot - Which as many many of your customers will agree with will be treated like they are not telling the truth.
How many times is this going to happen before you pull your heads out of the sand and see the effect your having.
Berimond will now run for at least another extra day before anything is sorted another day in which players who may of used those extra rubies under the assumption it was ending to get that extra rewards will have been cheated out of their hard earned cash..
Its becoming a joke, If no one can see this at head office.. Someone needs to have a hard sit down because believe me it is!.

Just tell us weather it is a bug or not. Do we have to attack more to keep our position. for a 50 days event the rewards of positions are not good enough.

Its totally shambolic,
I do understand for some players this will benefit them - Which is great
But for the ones it hasn't , it needs to be addressed and a solution found.
Things need to be as advertised.
From previous experience other than rolling back a full server - I would be hard to give players once again what they are 'OWED'.

I did carry on but i stopped now , i did another 30k on this, i have wriiten to support , that if i dont get the hero i will leave game and do paypal charge back but i hope both of us who have been battling both get it , now players drop out of top 50 and top hundred , i am just speechless , this is the last straw for me , i have had enough, was gonna finish my last few acheivements but now they have broke my spirit

You fully deserve this reward - Should not need to ask support , this is where the basic fundamentals on the game come under criticism.
At what extreme do customers have to go to receive a fully working service in many cases they pay for.
Is this a BETA Game? If so pleas practice Phase 2 then 3 before 4 .

As I said before we know you will eventually 'fix' a bug but constantly failing to provide a working service is just criminal - when was the last time their was a update - where no bugs or massive losses to customers wasnt involved ?

To say I am annoyed with GG in relation to Beri is an understatement. I am also annoyed at the players still hitting to sneak into the top 50 or make out they are in the top 50.
I just hope those that deserve the rewards get there rewards. I am the leader of an alliance which is 35th in the overall rankings, we play for fun and try our hardest. We are not big ruby players.
We have 1 member tho who tried his hardest this beri and won over 350k points to get first place and the hero. It will be a travesty if he does not receive his reward and I will be gutted for him and for the alliance as a whole.
I hope that everyone out there refuses to hit any more camps so those that deserve the rewards get the rewards. Have some pride and honesty people.

GGE needs somebody new to take charge over their development.
They have more or less no controll over what they are doing!!
To mutch bug fixing and add hook development.
Eighter they are pressured by the executives in the company to
release code before it is testet. Or their test team are usless.
Both thing points to that the person responsible for the development
isn't competent.
I wounder if the shareholders in the company knows how bad
things are in the development department...
I'm a software developer my self.

Well i am totally disgusted in this fiasco , I am sure Steve is aware , and is ready for the Shat to hit the fan .
Poor old Steve seems to have to fire fight every day because of development bugs , this is more than disgraceful business
i am sure they are walking on the dark side . like a fool a wasted money and tools in this Berimond and won it but who knows what tomorrow will bring .
Had to carry on to maintain first place , still mory tools and rubies wasted. but if i do not get what i want , i will do paypal charge back , and to hell with this game
