Think if get nowhere soon, wudn't mind if there an apolegetic company ggs but all they do is scam there customers so think me shall take it further just out of principle, as not just myself being scammed by ggs.

They are based in Germany so that website may be your best hope of getting them to pay back what they owe you
Don't worry killdavies, come monday out of principal now will be doing just that after me weekend in work. sick of ggs scamming people.
If you've used Visa or any other service that provide you consumer protection, they may become an ally in recovering funds. Worth a phone call...

Hi squyrrel,

I used paypal but as soon as you open a case your account gets suspended, so will take it up with ukeec like you suggested instead on monday when off work, shall contact them as not leaving it as they get away with too much ggs and about time someone makes a stand, as happens to, to many of us.

Even if don't get them its the principal of them conning people and i won't back down so will take it further.

The issue is not they dont know two offers come up at the same time 

This issue is they couldnt care less about customer satisfaction - So saying he bought seconds after the offer expired.

How quick do they believe we can buy rubies! Got to log into about 8 things to stop all the scammers to be scammed by the people your wanting to give your money to.
Literally might as well have a donate button - At least they you know you aint getting anything in return. 

Cant satisfy one customers needs on a legitimate transaction where they are giving virtual stuff away. So no actual loss.

I have had to send new physical items off due to loss - and GoodGame Studios dont budge on something virtual

It is shocking the way they treat us there customer and not backing down so will right a nice email to ukecc consumer service as its a joke, its the principal of it, making us out to be liars, not on and like you said may as well have donate button.
