Hey guys,

This is actually a bug that was fixed last week. Sorry for not making it widely known, but the fact that these two packages could be bought together was never intentional. It was something people could always do, but it shouldn't have worked that way and thus was resolved.

If the timer is out on a package, then the package is gone. Regardless of when you click the deal, if the timer is out before you complete the purchase, that's it. Again, I know that it's a bit different, and sorry for not clarifying sooner, but it was a glitch with the payment system that meant that players could get a sudden burst of troops and so on, something that was never intentional.

You need to get a grip, all the evidence has been submitted to you including extra from other members, furthermore you are  in agreement. Just do the decent thing and give the guy his offer and be done with it.

This money grabbing for your false advertising is getting somewhat annoying for all members, the fact that a mistake on the game has caused this is not the fault of your customer and you should be going out of your way to put the problem right not the complete opposite and shafting the customer.

Furthermore when the customer takes further action to recover the monies you owe to them, and you do owe them!! you immediately block their account.  Utterly disgraceful on your part and shows that you are not interested in the views of the people who line your pockets week in week out.

Unfortunately nothing will probably come of this as I would guess this has happened on many other occasions and others have suffered possibly in silence.

Why on earth you can't put it right I don't understand and this is now making you look a totally incompetent fool who hasn't got a clue.

Put someone on line who can do something constructive will you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im sorry but pack of lies from you all, you have comfirmed that this has happened but this is an email i got now yesterday evening:

According to the team the offer you have mentioned had expired 12 minutes before your payment was made. This offer was a Prime Day offer which is one of the deals mentioned previously that is not available at the same time as a Prime Time offer which would grant bonus rubies. The team have also checked for any private offers you may have received at the time which are able to be combined with the Prime Time ruby bonus and have found that there were no active offers that fit this description either. As all of this information is tracked and recorded we are able to check for active offers, payment times and whether or not a player is missing items that should have been credited. As it is the case that there were no active offers besides the ruby bonus at the time of your purchase I am unable to credit you with the bonus items in this case.

So sorry not having the lies, you have confirmed in what you said this was a glitch, so it happened. now David from customer service has stated that the offer ended 12 mins before whichis a load of rubbish. Why? because both were still running together for several mins after, unfortunately at the time didnt have screenshot software nore did i think i would need it boy am i wrong with ggs being scammers. Which 1 has lied to me steve you or david as one of you have? according to him there was no glitch. Again this was proved wrong with an earlier comment from me showing screen shots of the exact offers together, provided by Andy80 who you have also scammed exactly the same even on our first place in beri we both had on the sunday before beri glitched, again thats not been recieved. so thats 2 of us with exact same 2 issues. So as of now not recieved those horrors or the beri 1st prize which is another issue. Obvious that ya scamming me accross the board here.

Also in regards to the screen shot, the excuse is you wnt accept partial screen shots yet another excuse, Why because it is proving you are all liars at gge, every1 else has sent screen shots yet the lies still poor. I accept the fact now i am obviously not getting the offer but you can be damned if i am taking the lies.

Also i wud like to know about a 3rd issue whether it is resolved in regards to support sending a copy of an e-mail containing my details to another gamer, again illegal. Obviously your gonna deny all knowledge as per. obviously have it in for me then

Swifty, the best way is to go non-rubie player given that you have spent a lot of your hard earned money with them.  They are not interested as you can make out,  the left arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing.  They admit the offer was there and it was a glitch, several people have confirmed they have had the same or similar problem yet they run around the houses and can't even lie in unison.

It is clear from all this thread that gge will not help if you suffer a problem, as with other problems like the berimond which cocked up and people are still waiting for their rewards and unfortunately which you suffered as well.  You are a single person making you insignificant in their minds and whilst thousands of other people are willing to pay for what is technically a free game they are not going to go out of their way to appease you or to put their mistake right.

Go non-ruby at least you can sit back and smile and say fuck you, you can provide me with something for nothing :)

Oh and also i like your cover up as done something to my account as was getting prime time and offers together on a daily basis pretty much, funny how now i don't get one. Anyway one loser here and its you in the long run as i was spending an equivalent of a minimum of £50 a week, guess what not spent a penny since and won't so shot ya selves in the foot really.

So guess i get the last laugh after all. Lie to your customer and treat them like dirt and you lose that customer, yes it may not be alot too you but when 100's start doing it because of constant screw ups and lies from ggs not just on offers but your updates your events. It all soon adds up. Trouble is with ggs as its greed now, and nothing but. but that greed will oneday shoot you in th foot.

My first dispute has been refused so I go again. They have broke UK LAW in regards to regulations - glitch or not they are in the wrong. and You deserve what is owe or ... full refund..

Which ever is easiest for them.

I agree, they obviously are not backing down and looking like not getting it, but its more the principle more than anything, its happened they know it has and are just playing dirty tactics which just shows how poor they treat there customers, as i was not the onlyone this happened to on the same offer. If wasn't for the obvious lies and cover up and handled the situation differently rather than basically now calling me a liar then it wouldn't be so bad even though they are breaking the law.

I personally used to get prime time offers together with other offers daily, i find it funny how i don't get one now at all so they just change something on my account to cover it up, that is all they have done. Obviously no longer want my money so in the long run they will be the ones losing out as will now be a non rubie player.

A good company would of corrected the mistake then done the decent thing but as always ggs just show they are the opposite.

They just dont see the repercussions - You experiencing a glitch was not your fault so deciding not to give it you ahve lead to you coming here. Showing how bad the service they offer is.

Many of players have agreed so its not like its a one off. Steve should really be pushing for this to be sorted to stop the posts and give whats owed.


I will keep you updated on my situation - longer it goes on more evidence comes to light /refused once next time I request FULL refund.

As we all need to stick together nowadays with the shambles ggs is in. Its about time they start addressing peoples problems correctly.

Defo not allowing this again and to be honest, since i havn't spent a penny and probably won't because as a customer i have no faith in them as a company no more. As they clearly don't look after there customers. so £50 on average a week lost to them now, and no doubt more and more will stop purchasing and all them £50 a week adds up, the greed will be there pitfall and it is this type of thing that gradually phases a game out.

Since I suffered my problem and tried to deal with support I havent bought either.
Had to loot harder but just about surviving.

I dont intend to buy any rubies until my case is resolved satisfactory.
I have been denied what I believe I was owe though (Twice) Tomorrow I will go for the full amount. Evidence in mounting - my sales/purchase history over 13 years speak for itself with them - the data will pro-vial that I am confident about..

I cant believe its gone this far either.. 'Yes it was our fault . it wasnt intentional so . unlucky ' They wont even provide me with proof for my case lol.

The issue is not they dont know two offers come up at the same time 

This issue is they couldnt care less about customer satisfaction - So saying he bought seconds after the offer expired.

How quick do they believe we can buy rubies! Got to log into about 8 things to stop all the scammers to be scammed by the people your wanting to give your money to.
Literally might as well have a donate button - At least they you know you aint getting anything in return. 

Cant satisfy one customers needs on a legitimate transaction where they are giving virtual stuff away. So no actual loss.

I have had to send new physical items off due to loss - and GoodGame Studios dont budge on something virtual
