Topic: [302436] GGE now in to ripping people off

This is a lie because during the foreigners first day there was a running offer for demonds and some glory tools as well as demons and vip time/points. Both offers ran at the same time due to a glitch I assume yet I was able to purchase both without issue. Meaning the offer was running at the same time as others.

And if the offer wasn't running then thats false advertising. Saying you will get this but not giving it to you... Against the law.

Cheers mate glad you agree, will probably never get the offer as didnt have a screen shot at the time. But that not the point in it all it's the principle off ggs scamming people and just thought i would share there lies with you all and the fact that they are ripping many of us off.

It's very trye and they have broke the law on it, i will never get them as at time i didnt have screenshot software so i lost straight away and when realised i didnt have em and download one it was gone on the exact one i purchased but i will now put a screenshot up of the exact offfer it was. and these are not my screenshots as i wasn't the only one to be conned.

Pretty sure that you can still take legal action to get your money back if thats what happened. just because you don't have a picture of it happening doesn't mean it didn't happen. Thats not how the law works.

true now i have screenshots of the exact offer i was complaining about ggs cant deny that offer didnt happen now, and like i said to Andy80 i am not gonna let it happen and just leave it.

So wait.... After 2 years of playing waiting patiently for Personal Offer and Chest Together to make it worth while me buying rubies - It now suddenly doesn't work ? WTF?

GoodGame Studios support is terrible so I wouldnt expect anything from them - just dispute payment like thousands of other are doing - once again false advertisement

Unfair trading is a regular thing now with GGS, Ultra, yet againyou have provided a screen shot which proves the lies of there support, and just how useless they are.

Unfortunately although GoodGame Studios may look into it , they tend to stuck with ' Screenshot or never happened ' tactics.

I have however checked my e-mail and the only spam I have is them actually responded fobbing me off.

if you paid by credit/debit card, or by paypal, contact your provider. if you are in dispute as to whether the goods/services have been provided, they must refund your monies. I will be doing this at 1700 gmt because gge lost me 2500 troops approx. on sunday am.

This is actually a bug that was fixed last week. Sorry for not making it widely known, but the fact that these two packages could be bought together was never intentional. It was something people could always do, but it shouldn't have worked that way and thus was resolved.

If the timer is out on a package, then the package is gone. Regardless of when you click the deal, if the timer is out before you complete the purchase, that's it. Again, I know that it's a bit different, and sorry for not clarifying sooner, but it was a glitch with the payment system that meant that players could get a sudden burst of troops and so on, something that was never intentional.

@CM Arcanine Steve, this is false advertisement. If two promotions are shown both should be achieved.

Either to company has to honour the advertised or it needs to remove ALL chests/Personal times until fix.

This break the regulations around advertisement - sadly GoodGame Studios are not above the Laws

13/03/16 is not last week though,

i took that screenshot last night at 23:25 gmt, it shows the date and time on the bottom right of the shot i took,

so if you are right in what you are saying then one of the offers offered could not be bought, so whats the actual point in offering them ?

Bug or not if it is there you have to honour it or refund regardless of whether bug or not money changed hands and in turn i shud recieve both and every1 else that suffered. The timer had not ranout at time i purchased, so therefore gge shud be coughing up as basically you have broke a finacial agreement i gave money for both offers so shud recieve both, not just 1. like if i buy a tv i expect the tv as well as the remote.

Glitch or not what you have done is illegal. Purchase was made for 2 items not 1 and wouldnt mind the one i wanted was the 300% of which i purchased through and also showed the rubie bonus.

Fact is i aint gonna get them unless i take legal action, fact i raised this was just to show every1 that you are basically scam artists at GGS. Thats a fact! and people can are prooving that with screen shots.
