Over the past few days I have been anguishing over my own actions, and decided to find out what is really going on and read the forums, which i have never done before.
What I have learnt:
1. Both TB and Seps are as bad as each other.
2. Any burning fire rule will be manipulated too gain advantage. So just keep it as "If a fire in castle don't attack". Everyone understands that, even newbs, It doesn't matter if you are using it to cover re-building defenders, or building attackers to send to another OP to attack with. Let them re-build if they want to, it doesn't matter. We all do it, its in the training manual, "....don't put out all your fires, leave some burning so you can rebuild your troops without being attacked".
3. Attacking from a burning castle, if they said they didn't or say they were sab'd, they probably were, it happens. If you send a lot of attacks you are going to get sab'd a lot, and sometimes a sab and an attack will coincide. As a lot of players are online at the same time, in the evening, it happens more often than you would think. Again it doesn't matter.
If you don't believe them, hit em at a castle thats not on fire.
4. As for deliberately sab a player to make them look like they attacked from a burning castle, it does NOT happen, that is ridiculous, you got sab's as a daily challenge or for an earlier attack.
5. I didn't invent tool raking, players do it all the time, usually against an attacker, with there defence setup.
What matters is that we all enjoy the game and have fun, chatting and sending congratulations messages to our opponents, OK thats stretching it a bit, It is good that TB and Seps are fierce rivals its what makes the game fun. So please end the feud and bullshit and get back to playing the game.

I send many other alliances congrats messages about different things. You sent out bulk tool rakers. In what way shape or form is that acceptable ?
Your point #2 is the biggest joke of all time, please go play a game that is more suited to your abilities. May I recomend https://www.starstable.com/en/ I think you will enjoy it and you do have to pay for the premium version only once so that your horsie can jump!!! unlike GGE paying for a premium booster/version/upgrade every 5 minutes, your mother should be happy with this new game for her little sweetheart.
#4, i got bulk sabs this morning while i was attacking, I missed 3-4 fires when reparing and had people apparently angry at me because I was attackign from fires. I'm used to it so I ignore sab fires when I have them for the most part and I ignore them when attackign into them. My daily sab I do my nextdoor neighbour or someone with no guardhouses that looks like a dead account. I dont get an alliance to do there sabs at the place im attackign out of or someone else is attackign out of. Get real.

Reality is he likes visiting just for the sake of visiting half the time. If you needed D that was a bonus to him lol.
TBH, update although it makes the cap out of date, its a good thing.... defense needs to be improved or made stronger, so this is good for everyone. Better defenders all around with cap upgrade or somethign is what is needed long term to restore some balance to the attack/defense side of the game.
