desided to go for spring event in between work and family time. Used rubies, aqua. nomad tablets to help boost score when able to play. 10 points until get hammer (last piece of set) got troops fpr three hits and then inturuption for hotfix.

To say I am not happy is an understatement, you are all sons of spinsters

Whatever it is it's replaced the enter castle button and doesn't do anything if you click it.

I won the foreign invasion tourney for my level and received nothing at all, every time i try and and send something to support it just comes up with an error.  Is this a scam?

Send a ticket. In 2 weeks they should get back to you with a message about how they can't do anything for you, but there is that rare time someone responds and helps you. 

I am not surprised this happened to you and I bet there are at least a dozen other people with very similar issues due to the timing of this maint. Terrible decision.

Sometimes it happens. Every event we win at least one person complains about this issue. Not getting a decoration from the event. Every time they contact support. Every time they get told nothing will be done or ignored entirely. I even had one member of our alliance on AU1 not get her Storm decoration from winning Storm. The support rep claimed there was no evidence she ended the event in the winning alliance... What a joke. lol. So yeah, point is, it's a known bug that GGS doesn't do a thing about.

yes it looks like the button isn't working..
I sadly can not fix this so we will have to wait till they are back tomorrow at the office to fix this...
I'll send it forward right away.
