Sometimes it happens. Every event we win at least one person complains about this issue. Not getting a decoration from the event. Every time they contact support. Every time they get told nothing will be done or ignored entirely. I even had one member of our alliance on AU1 not get her Storm decoration from winning Storm. The support rep claimed there was no evidence she ended the event in the winning alliance... What a joke. lol. So yeah, point is, it's a known bug that GGS doesn't do a thing about. 


So you are saying i put in a lot of time effort and money to win that event and I should expect nothing for it?  and its a known problem and people often get nothing?  And they put up with it?

I am not sure what to say other than if that's the case I will be looking for another game to waste my time and money on, that cant be right surely?   I am no legal eagle but that cant be legal can it?

I'm not sure if it is intended to be a third time or not (haven't checked this event with Steve)
but with the days of the event left it seems the event will run till around summer season starts. 
So i assume that when summer season starts the summer event ingame will be available.

i'll check for a proper answer and get back to you tomorrow :)

I'm saying you should contact support and hopefully they will do something for you. I can't answer your questions, unfortunately, as I would be asking the same ones. It's never happened to me though. 

They need to know that people won't put up with it, surely they don't intend on screwing people around... I have to believe that.

I will try again tomorrow but for now i cant contact support as it keeps  coming up with error.  After i spend time filling in the online form over and over!  Its beyond frustrating.

That was a bug in the past and it still sent the ticket... not saying that's happening in your case, but, just to let you know.

What you need to do mate, is keep trying to mail support, and mail CM Arcanine too.

If they say you are lying, i will collaborate your story...you were over 1mil of glory, amazing at your level.

Can you check for me as had nothing back from support, same issue same alliance won the event below georgehero2 in FI 30-40 level and got nothing, put a ticket in but no reply or acknowledgement

Pretty sure it's intended because of the new set of equiptment up for grabs for level 70 (casty set)

Nomads might come after Sam which is after Beri?

So: Sam's, FI, Beri, Sam's and then Nomads?

any of you guys know whether it is a display glitch that no nomads is showing up in spring or whether it is intended?

Also, the new spring cast has no name

I see that not one of the CMs has said why there are no nomads showing in the 3rd Spring Comp. looks like either they don't know or don't want to answer the question !!
