Well GGE you now take my money when I purchase rubies in game but you don't actually give me the rubies???
Really, for a game that relies on ruby spenders this is a shot in the foot.

Before you say put a ticket in its been done, 3 mins after my purchase but still no response and this was yesterday.

Unfortunately I didn't use paypal but they either pay what I am owed or they can stick this game up their arse

But if they decided too ban me , id be requesting refunds for everything ive put in this game . Paypal would help me get it all , Cause their customer support is actually helpful and cares for the "customers"

I used too play this game nearly all day and all night , now all these bugs are making me play less

Same with John it's driving me crazy, I should not have to check back on each of my barracks to ensure that game function does what it is meant to do.
Additionally, I can't even open the new research tree, which was not broken in the first place until you guys 'improved' it.
This is one reason why the view on customer service is so terrible .
Its been mentioned payments did t go through - Well that is already apparent
But what is not mentioned is if its resolved.

That is NOT giving the customer what they paid for..
The whole point of the chest is to influence a ruby purchase.
I suggest its fed back...

The Rubies should have been distributed properly now. It's not as simple for us to send back the additional rewards though, so you'll have to contact our Support Team. I assure you, we'll do our best to get these to you. No one is trying to keep anything from you, but with the deals being randomised, it'd be impossible for us to automatically credit those along with the rubies.
