btw is anyone else missing those storm shields they gave us in compensation? I'm blaming one of the hot fixes

More than anything all the dummy pesants I looted while storm was on....
@Shares (AU1) its easier to just accept you wont get it/them if your missing somethign unless you have a screenshot with the date/time on it as well. GGE just like that where they tell customers no unless you have proof.
I have had 2-3 experiences where they havent taken ownership for causing an issue and one where they worked through it with me and replaced what was missing due to a fault with removign a gem using rubies and it didnt go to my inventory, took a bit but ill give it to them they replaced the gem and the rubies after 2?? weeks. Timezone differences on that one were half the delays I suspect as well. Unless you have proof etc its not worth it 90% of the time.

Ive had similar where you cant prove anything and they 'suggest' you made a mistake. Since I dont record every single moment proving anything is impossible. Plus, to be fair, I seldom know for sure so its only server common ones I care about. This one Im pretty sure of and another alliance member has noticed the same. JJJJsk - have Seps noticed this?
I also lost unknown troops/peasants/tools in Storm but planned to use the gift shields to replace the peasants. Now that option has gone too.

I had about 1.8k red flags in storm and around 3k wooden mantlets with a few hundred pesants.... Troops were not as important as those matnelts and coin banners 
Even pesants were a small thing TBH.
I cant proove it so I need to cop it on the chin. I think this happened with Berri??? and we had the tools arrive late. Dont know why they cant do that with storm.
As to the tools arriving or disapearing. When they dropped I was flat out at work, I also dont keep a count of tools in main, so they could be their they could of disapeared, I honestly dont know. The tools they need to give for free in these packets are boulders. Moat tools 10 times more valuable to me as I cant get them from events etc. But hey, they need you to buy somethign dont they

Actually you'd know if you have these shields Id say.. theyre different to normal ones & only work for storm....

oh thats everbn more useless.... Still in my main if we got 400 of them
I do have them 400 of them, it will save me some wooden mantlets when looting but only can be used in storm :S. Never bought them before their price is crazy silly...
