Actually Serry and I are gender fluid. We are dating hardcore right now and wrap ourselves in fruit roll ups when we are alone and eat rainbow cake.

First of all, you accused Cormyria of using Latin wrong, but you didn't even use your English correctly, the correct grammar would have been:

And secondly, as previously stated, some people do take this game seriously, and feel that their rights as a human being and as a citizen of the US are being impended. Some people choose to stop playing for this reason, others try to fight for it.

This is excellent example of straw man argument. I didn't criticize him over his english grammar. Ipso facto, it has NOTHING to do with grammar, ergo straw man argument. The latin term "ipso facto" means something and "ergo" mean something else. But "ipso facto ergo" simply means gibberish. Grammar is not too important in forum post, as long as most majority of the reader understand what the poster want to say. But using non-existing fancy latin term is ironic.

And as evidently shows in his response, whenever some one (as numerous different individuals has tried) giving him a constructive criticism in order for him to be able to post an effective opinion, he see at as attack and response to it as such.

In regards to your statement that some people do take this game seriously, that is their right. But at the same time, other have the same exact right not to care. As long as the official rule of this game is not violated, every ones are free to play as they wish, just except the consequences. I believe what's go around comes around.

It's the same with The MISC & KON. I personally don't like brutality that shown by The MISC in the past. I personally don't like the way KON react jumping of the gun too quickly most of the time. BUT at the end of the day, both The MISC & KON are served by the very same right, that they can play the way they want to play this game, as long as the official rules of the game are adhered. Plain and simple. And that is the harsh reality of this game.

All arguments about US constitutions in this matter are nothing but just a moot point. Go ahead try to file a lawsuit to the US court of law, and let see how far can you go.

My intention of my serious post was trying to help cormyria to be able to construct an effective post so other understand what he wants to say. Because 99% of the time, I just scroll pass his posts after reading 2-3 lines and realize it's wasting of time trying to read his post.

Also it's quite obvious to me that he tries to appeal to the audience that he has the ability to argue by using fancy latin term and very long argument (long argument not always bad, as long as each paragraph conveys the message in a concise manner). Ironically, the ones who actually know how to argue, can see that his way of presenting his opinion is very ineffective.

Whether he (or you) want take this as input to improve the arguing skill, that is up to him (you). My last point to make in here is, if you want to learn how to argue, learn form The Dugong... oops, I meant Manatee.

What I was intending to say was that your opinion was very hypocritical since you were criticizing him of his Latin, when you weren't constructing your oun post very well. Also, I had to re-read, and triple read, your post to understand what you were trying to convey, and as you can see, I was still not on par with what you were intending to say, so yes, grammar does matter, since the "texting language" can be very confusing when one uses emoji to communicate
    can you guess what I was trying to say? Probably not, and the other forms of texting language can be quite misleading as well, in fact, since you cannot convey your tone of voice very easily other than doing THIS when you are either excited or angry, it can be hard to communicate over the internet at all times. 

Also, I am not trying to amply for a law suit in the US court of law, because that would be incredibly stupid, firstly, i don't feel like tracking down the identities of every KON/MISC member i this game since like half the people that play belong to one of them. However, I am going to complain about the morality of their actions, and the honor and justice of this game, which, mind you, are next to nothing.

(visit Sic Sempur Tyranus in the games section for proof) He only responds this way when either people attack him in game for his "mistakes" and/or, they constructively abuse him in the forums, we are not treating your posts as an attack, if we were, we would be taking this to the GGE customer support, instead, we are constructively arguing our opinions in the forums, which is what the forums were meant for. 

An example of constructive abuse would be your claim that I do not know how to argue, which, if I were more sensitive and insecure, I would take as major insult, but instead, I am choosing to take it like a man instead of flipping out on you, and i argue: your claim that I do not know how to argue is very ironic, as I have currently shut down every one of your points, as well as every other persons points who has come here screaming bloody murder that we are doing something wrong.

Reasons for people hating KON:

1) they are greedy

2) they oun more than half the server and continue to expand

3) they are hypocritical, they demand you to follow their rules, when they don't follow them themselves.

4) if they turn their greedy "eye of justice" on you, they will attack you and threaten you until you join them.

5) they are the top alliance

For me it is the fact that I pledged my loyalty to them and tried over 20 Nephilim alliances. They all were not the Neph I thought they were... I started to hte Neph subs but was still loyal to Serry, made my own alliance and fought MISC but my own alliance and it's members started to become more threatened by Neph constantly breaking the rules of honor that they expect us to follow... I was at complete war with MISC 2... 10+ attacks a day... more sabotages than the stars... yet Neph was more of a problem for us...

Lightswayer... That had nothing to do with my post... 

And now, I really don' think so, Why would they go after GK if they can screw with all the Indy alliances and take from them... Betraying an ally or going after an indy alliance? Indy alliance hands down. But, if GK was really the only other alliance in power then yes, they would betray GK. They betrayed MISC for alot of reasons, in fact they did have quite a few side reasons that were reasonable, just their primary reason are mostly lies. In those days the leaderboards looked alot different... Wasn't alot to rival KoN other than DT and MISC and a few other alliances, most of which are not very dominant anymore. So no they won't betray GK after this war, but if they somehow manage to defeat everyone else then yes, GK will be next.
