Again, I reiterate myself. Some of us play the game for other reasons. Than just the warring aspect. And when I attack. I stay within the 5 lvl rule I have set for myself in playing the game HONORABLY. I send back to my target the loot plus a little more that I scored in my victory.

And I write a message explaining that I only attacked to complete a "Quest Book" objective. Usually these "Victims" don't feel like their nose has been bent out of shape. Or in other words, they exercise superior Mental Maturity that exceeds their own physical age.

Further more, Again, if you are the sole owner of a dozen RVs, or more. Certainly you can afford to give up a couple or a few so that others can continue to advance their gameplay.

And when you are a member of a strong alliance. And you gang up on another player. It only validates your Cro-Magnon inferior mentality.

I don't expect you to respond too this post, but you said you wouldn't waste your time explaining things you have already explained. But as previously stated, these "explained" things, have also been swatted out of the sky as relevant or are working in our favor, not yours. We have dis-proven your claim to be justified and have in fact, added several other charges to you including breaking of the Terms of Service. In the end it would appear that you cannot support your claim any further, and I hope you have a good gaming experience.

Serry in KoN is the biggest bully in this game Kingdom of Neph and Neph R the same. these players have multiple accts in these alliances and GGE has castles in Kon alliances also.. GGe lets them get away with it. KoN will tell another alliance if you they don't join one of there alliances they will put you in Flames, GGE will do nothing about it...

That's the problem LightSwayer, nobody can take on Neph, even Misc has been trying and have, as far as I have seen, failed at doing pretty much anything, what makes you think that a couple o peeps are gonna do much o anything against them Neph's.

I originally didn't want to post anything serious. My previous post in this thread was to poke fun because Cormyria kept saying ROE this ROE that. Geez man, this is just a game.... Treat it as one.

The only thing I agree with Cormyria that it is VERY SAD that some wanted to police the forum and bring it in game. Of course there is no rule, the game and forum are correlated, but it's a low blow IMHO.

No need to use fancy word, that you don't even know the meaning. I've seen you used term like "ipso facto ergo", and such that I'm willing to bet 90% of reader don't even understand what does it mean. Heck I don't get it too. And I'm also know that you don't know what does it mean or at the least have utter misunderstanding and confused those latin terms.

All i can really say to this deceptively self contradicting comment is that some of my "essay" material is copy paste of lectures and what i felt was perhaps source material in what was quickly escalating from a debate to a war where every single one of my words fell under attack in one fashion or another ... as far as my inappropriate and constant use of the phrase "Ipso Facto Ergo" you are correct and i should be ashamed of myself for over using such an antiquated colloquialism so i therefor render you MY APOLOGIES . Now you know why it is best to keep me bound with a very heavy chain until my services are required by the mortal wold or RAGNAROK whichever comes first ....

First step always is to get organized. Then stay organized. We will need "Officers" of this battalion to help with the overall agenda.

And it will take time before we can go balls to the wall on KoN and any other alliance that goes to the extreme in not following the standard norm of acceptance in the RoE.

This is excellent example of straw man argument. I didn't criticize him over his english grammar. Ipso facto, it has NOTHING to do with grammar, ergo straw man argument. The latin term "ipso facto" means something and "ergo" mean something else. But "ipso facto ergo" simply means gibberish. Grammar is not too important in forum post, as long as most majority of the reader understand what the poster want to say. But using non-existing fancy latin term is ironic.

And as evidently shows in his response, whenever some one (as numerous different individuals has tried) giving him a constructive criticism in order for him to be able to post an effective opinion, he see at as attack and response to it as such.

In regards to your statement that some people do take this game seriously, that is their right. But at the same time, other have the same exact right not to care. As long as the official rule of this game is not violated, every ones are free to play as they wish, just except the consequences. I believe what's go around comes around.

It's the same with The MISC & KON. I personally don't like brutality that shown by The MISC in the past. I personally don't like the way KON react jumping of the gun too quickly most of the time. BUT at the end of the day, both The MISC & KON are served by the very same right, that they can play the way they want to play this game, as long as the official rules of the game are adhered. Plain and simple. And that is the harsh reality of this game.

All arguments about US constitutions in this matter are nothing but just a moot point. Go ahead try to file a lawsuit to the US court of law, and let see how far can you go.

My intention of my serious post was trying to help cormyria to be able to construct an effective post so other understand what he wants to say. Because 99% of the time, I just scroll pass his posts after reading 2-3 lines and realize it's wasting of time trying to read his post.

Also it's quite obvious to me that he tries to appeal to the audience that he has the ability to argue by using fancy latin term and very long argument (long argument not always bad, as long as each paragraph conveys the message in a concise manner). Ironically, the ones who actually know how to argue, can see that his way of presenting his opinion is very ineffective.

Whether he (or you) want take this as input to improve the arguing skill, that is up to him (you). My last point to make in here is, if you want to learn how to argue, learn form The Dugong... oops, I meant Manatee.
