Yes you beat us down and forced us, with heavy hearts, to leave KoN. We don't have the time and the resources to maintain a war with you. It crossed the boundary of this being a job and this being a game. We will dearly miss our KoN allies and their support. Sorry again.
We gracefully changed our name and requested peace. You accepted. Today you attack us again? Why because you want us to lose a couple OPs and to give you 50% of our alliance fund. Why? So you can attack us again and ask for more. Please stop. Many of us are plain tired of the game and need time to recover.
No I will not give you rubies or anything for you to leave me alone either. I don't like being shook down. If you have a problem with us voice it here. Obviously your word is worthless in private.

Over the past few months, Mnight, Devvin and myself have been speaking to Ladybugs and trying to help SOK leave the war. She didn't have nice things to say about KON - she said they excluded her from discussions, hardly spoke to her, and lied to her repeatedly - most recently when WOK/Kings of Neph merge and KON2/Defcon merged and she had asked whether they were merging and told no.
We put a lot of effort and patience into contacting indy alliances and trying to get SOK a new family to sub to, like you wanted. Despite all the time, effort and favours we used to help SOK - Ladybugs kept changing her mind constantly. Talking with her was like going in circles. She is not a stable individual, and has done more to harm SOK than anyone else.
Recently, Pigsnout was in ruins and his OPs were set to delete soon. Ladybugs kept asking me to let SOK cap them while in the war - I said no. I offered for SOK to leave the war, we'd help them find a new family, and they could cap the OPs.
At first she accepted - then after we spoke to some indies to sub her - she went back on her word, rinse n repeat a few times over the last few months.
She rejected any proposal put forth.
Fast forward to this week - we capped Ladybugs OP. That night, she went on numerous multi accounts (Big JJO, spongemonkey) and was trying to cap my RVs all night, resulting in me having 3hrs sleep. She continued to send rude and nasty PMs from the multi-accounts and blamed me for making her "cheat" and multi.
Later the next day, she sent a peace request and began sending me rude PMs and hurling insults at me...while trying to get peace.
I replied with this:
Final terms for SOK leaving the war was that they could not cap Pigsnout's OPs, I see that as a fair and fitting punishment for dicking us around for months, and rejecting that offer when we first made it.
Respect is a 2-way street, and we were shown no respect whatsoever. Now they want to cry about it and write offensive alliance descriptions after leaving the war.
Flehg wiped an OP cap on Pigsnout's OP earlier (screenshot posted by nottma) and SOK's auto-war triggered. And they are blaming us for declaring.... I was also told Ladybugs did NOT tell her alliance the terms I gave regarding not capping Pigsnout's OPs.
I've been calm and polite, while Ladybugs has done nothing but send rude messages, disrespect myself and my alliance in their description, and then pretend to be the victims.

Wait a hot minute now.
It's ok for the whole KoN family to participate in a game developed by Zombiemaster in which capping a MISC Op was worth the most points, which happened btw.
But, the minute we do it, after we have given plenty of warnings, is a diabolical event?
SoK is lucky Morentz is so damn understanding, otherwise, they'd be missing a few more OPs in the next coming weeks.
Count yourself blessed you're getting peace at all after all the crap SoK has tried to pull on us in the past 2 years.

We have treated SoK members an Ladybugs with nothing but respect. We have BARELY hit you guys in months because we were working with ladybugs... She was constantly telling us that KoN lied her, didn't trust her, didn't appreciate SoK, lied about Sok getting a metro, lied about a merge, lied to her about KTs...She told us on multiple occasions that WE have helped her and SoK more than KoN ever has. (examples... she couldn't get help understanding the alliance city and how to make changes or how to assign and use build items.. she said KoN wouldn't answer her...we helped)
If she dares to deny it to you or in this forum, I will post every conversation. She can be honest and tell you all the truth or she can be exposed. We are TIRED of her circle talk and nonsense and you should be too.
CLEARLY she didn't tell you the terms of the recent Neutral or you wouldn't be embarrassing yourself here.

Plausible I put her in a bad place and her losing an OP was the cherry on top. I know gracefully losing is not something that is easy to the leader of an alliance. Dealt with it plenty before I joined KoN.
Lady has already told me to move on and give up on the OPs. I thought I could get it and this bit is my fault. That is why I am here trying to resolve this. Would you allow me pick up those OPs if I leave Dragons Fury? Not like it is part of KoN officially anyways. Please don't punish Dragons Fury for my actions.

1) Leave KON family and either go indy/join another family not in server war.
2) Change your alliance name and description to reflect the terms of point (1)
3) Not to cap Pigsnout's OPs, i.e. let them go to ruins and disappear.
Like I said above, point (3) is a punishment for dicking us around for months and being extremely rude. Not to mention your current alliance description being very rude and offensive for an alliance that according to you, "gracefully" requested peace.

Lady didn't contact us to "work things out over the Snout OPs" we started talking many months ago about SoK leaving the war because you guys were being constantly lied to and kept in the dark. (her words). She has many times told us if it were up to just her, she would have pulled SoK from the war because she didn't want to be warring us...but that there were a few hold outs preventing the vote to leave from going thru.
Then she told us recently that she really wanted to stay only because the KoN name gave her protection from other alliances and leaving and going indy she wouldn't have that names protection anymore.
She had ideas of places to possibly go that we discussed. Going indy or to another alliance family was your decision as an alliance... not ours. We only made suggestions and offered to help.
Terms were simple
-Change Name
-Change description to remove any ties to KoN and state out of server war
-No capping Pigsnout OPs
**Reason for this was because she became un-trustworthy when she started lying, and we didn't trust her to not cap them and then end back up re-declaring.

Yes I saw the rats comment. Allow the generals a little room to be angry. It will pass and they will change it.
It really sucks that I have to suffer and lose OPs over this. The writing is on the wall though. Thanks for being upfront. Big improvement compared to how MISC use to act before the war happened.
Btw. I do mean the "graceful" part. Lots of "don't attack them/leave them alone" spammed in the chat room. They tried their best to quell the tension.

mnight - yeah. I get your point. Suffering for another's decisions/actions/words is always a tough pill to swallow. I tried the humble route but Morentz was straightforward about the situation.
tempus - who wouldn't feel like a reject after being split off to a lesser alliance. I understood though. I am not not a ruby whale and useless in the war effort. I tried my best to help but just ruffled feathers with KoN in the long run. It ended up being easier to stay out of the war effort all together.

Lux Mundi? Probably. It was our last ditch effort to keep our metro from DT during the previous war. We knew they could take it eventually. Not to happy still that the new leader dumped it to merge into another KoN sub later on. Nothing I can do about it now.
