Question would it be ok to boostn during FL and BC's if ur just trying to get rewards and not to win (or top 20)??

What i mean is glory boost still adds to FL hits

What people mean by boosting is they stack a ton of crappy def on a crappy cast with a crappy setup and smash it for as much glory as they can

Buying the glory boost and using it to hit foreigners is very different, buying glory boost and using it to hit players is also very different

Boosting is pretty specific

Thats not what is meant here by glory boosting, we're not complaining about an alliance turning on their glory boost. These alliances are setting up 15k D in a farm with no cast, loading with tails, and farming 2M glory hits, thats the "boosting" talked about on this thread

Doubtful. FU has had a dozen +300k reports and several +500k reports.

If an alliance jumps +1mil then it's more than likely boosting.

Essentially, if you're not pushing other teams out of top 20 / top 5 / 1st while boosting, nobody cares.  It's not the principle that you're cheating, as many of them would have you believe, it's that you're taking rewards from them.

While I agree that the primary reason many people get upset about boosting is because of losing rewards, I still tell my alliance to not boost, whether we get all the rewards or not, and I assume there are other alliances that do the same
