GGE is getting some really good and some really bad feedback from me this time.
First up the good news, the marketplace bug was - finally - fixed. One word. Relief.
Now the bad news... What did they do to the outer realms? What I understand, please correct me if I'm wrong, is that to join the event we have to buy a special pass that is sold for, sit down please, 50,000,000 coins !!
Is this a joke? Because the frustration I feel right now is really really far from me being amused.
I joined the event o outer realms every time and played as much as it was needed so that I could get the 10,000 soldiers they gave as a reward. They were pretty much a lifesaver, especially when it came to bloodcrew or foreign invaders, where the soldier loss is quite big.
So, from now on, in order to participate in the event i should pay 50,000,000. I think this is a pretty high price for everyone out there, unless you buy coins with €/£/¥/₩.
And I probably should mention here that I am a non-paying player, that devotes as much time as needed to remain on a decent ranking. And so shall I remain.
And the fact that, as I am aware, they removed the free option. Of course they did.
Another sigh that GGE is slowly but steadily turning into a pay-to-win game. I mean, don't they understand that they are pushing players away that way?
Nothing else to say. Truly disappointed. I have an alliance that I belong to and, trust me, this is slowly turning into the only reason I still play the game. Guess many of you guys feel the same.

I wonder who can earn 50M every week to pay for Outer Realms and Horizon.
It would be better if GGE just say aloud: please go away free players we do not want you anymore. This is a game for the big spenders.

Just fix so everyone can join Outer Realms and Horizon with a prize everyone can pay if that the point.

@Lina (SKN1) I don't know what they think we are. If only they knew that from non paying players the game is still alive.. The amount of people paying, especially for such amounts, is actually really small...
Maybe they expect all of us to leave all our jobs and family, and just keep hitting NPCs for recovering that much amount of gold everytime haha.
That's what the case has become for non-buyers.
Ugh, why don't the devs just cancel free installation of the game and rather ask money for downloading, from starting itself.
Last update was quite decent and favoured to bring a balance between buyers and non-buyers but oh boom, here they come with this update now haha.
Really gge? Them everyone gets price with so many coints to even get in!!?

Another shining example of ppl who don't play the game coming up with stupid ideas.
Outers will be lonely. I know a few whales who don't have that kind of coin either on a regular basis.
The cost for outers is insane. I appreciate some ppl asked for their own castles. But that's so they can deal with the broken game mechanics of big spenders nuking the little guys.

This is the case, unfortunately. We are not robots and of course we have a life as well.. Even for people that do devote 24 hours a day I the game, I still consider this amount of money to be quite insane.
It will be funny if we could see the developers' reactions thought, when they see that too few people actually started the outer realms.
Everything exchanged for money, that's what I get from their actions.
I think at most 25 players on the Dutch server will go now.

They will fix it with the next update, normally I spent money there but now I can't spend money
ggs give at least several options to access the event. 50,000,000 coins is a crazy sum.
Been an interesting update so far
To clarify some of the questions asked here:
1. The entry fee of 50 mil coins is only for the Heritage version of Outer Realms, not for all Outers and not for Horizons. The initiative was taken by GGS, based on player feedback about having to build castles from scratch and also frequent food shortages in Outers due to lower food production capabilities. With the ability to copy the main castle to outers, those 2 problems are taken care of.
2. To compensate and understanding the increased need for tokens, the amount of upgrade tokens which can be won, have increased, specially if you rank well.
3. The update has made the Military District available in the Blacksmith Shop
4. The market burrows bug has been fixed.
However, I also fully understand the cost of 50 mil as being very high, and this feedback has been taken and communicated internally with seriousness. Once I have some updates, I will post it up, for everyone. In the meantime, if you have entered Outers, please give us your feedback, tell us what's better, and what needs some work, so that the game can improve overall.

Why is it that everytime that GGE *does* listen to our feedback that they spin it in such a way that the players get angry about the twist GGE adds by either ask a subscription fee, or an insane amount of money or a reduction in the value of things. And when we complain they say: why do you complain? It is based on player feedback.
