You have to capture a capital, I have never heard of a palace or a ruby mine. you have to buy rubies,

the more honor points you have the bigger glory bonus you get, plus with lev 2 siege workshop you can get glory banners

Multiple posts won't do you any good when you obviously don't read the answers that are given...
However, glory received in battle is based on the number of soldiers, from both sides, that die in the battle. Each soldier type has a base glory number, depending on type of soldier. If the battle is one that will garner you honor, it will also garner glory. Deaths are totted up and that number is then modified by things like the +% modifier that shows in the attack selection page, or the use of banners, that also give a percentage boost to glory.
Simple answer... The more soldier that die in the fight, the higher the glory will be.

get a ton load of soldeirs and attack about 600 defenders and you should get over 1k

Sometimes the store house of the player you are sending resources to is full so it wont except the food/wood/stone you send

Send them off to RBCs to get them killed. Or attack strong players with your defensive soldiers. They should die.
