If you have fire on things in your castle, will those things disappear if they burn too long? what is the extent of the fire's damage?

All fire does is reduce your public order and stop you upgrading a building until the fire on it is fixed. Nothing can be destroyed by fire.

what does it mean when in equipment it says on it's way, does that mean if you use that commander you HAVE those bonuses, or you have NO bonus

All that means is the commander is travelling across the map at that time.

take a screenshot of the message and send it to support team, to take a screenshot (on windows7) go to the start button search bar and type in snipping tool - thats the screenshot tool. if you dont have windows7 look it up on youtube
