In fact i thought there would be more kids as goodgame empire is advertised highly on miniclip and is a animated fun game. Most adults dont have time to play these games because of work. And just because this game could cost alot of money if you were a ruby player, kids can make money to, just not as much. They could also just have rich parents or very genorous parents or parents got you some rubies just because you asked.
Mostly of the people I know in this game are adults anyway, so I think this is a game that is played by kids and many adults too

myself, 32. I work in front of a comp all day and quit drinking, so I love these games. Also, It's one of the better games in terms of balance between Ruby buyers and free players.

How is that relevant in the slightest?
Do you only like games when sober or something? Quite frankly I can't imagine myself playing any game for a long period of time without the occasional glass.

It matters little whether one drinks or not. It is about enjoying the game that is important.

I think his point is that he needs something to keep his mind off drinking.
He needs something to do in the mornings other than waking up in a dumpster in Philadelphia

Was that on topic then? For a thread about average age of players? Not that I care, just pot/kettle/black.

I think you'll find the two coincide with each-other for many individuals.
Eventually after being a long-term player you have to do various tedious or dull tasks in order to progress. So in order to keep yourself sane or amused you drink *shudders at the thought of dailies*.

How far are you really going to go about this whole censoring business? Don't worry, I don't think the minds of the young children will be corrupted by the thought of a dumpster...

I'm pretty sure he thought Baldrick was insulting you, but it seems that you can take a joke.

This thread has been off topic for quite some time. In fact I can't remember what the topic was in the first place.
The dumpster chat wasn't meant to be offensive in any way at all. I woke up in Palma (Mallorca) airport once after meeting some friends for a drink in Glasgow. Not bad for a nights work if I say so myself.
**Note to youngsters: Drinking is bad, please don't do it. Play Goodgame Empire instead!

Lets break down that Over 18 crowd a bit more;
I once knew of a grandmother who spent 3 days straight playing a pacman/Sonic type game of her grand-kids--She was an empty Nester, who started because she could not sleep, and then could not stop.
How about those of us over 50 who have time on our hands, likes to building civilations, and remember the Age of Empires type games?
Yes I have the earning power to buy tokens or what ever, but it goes against my philosophy of life. I work to hard for that money. unfortunately, I work nights and when I am off there is not a lot to do at 2-3 AM, without waking the wife.

I'm 23, it ain't my birthday, I drink, I smoke (Winston Light), and I work as assistant for the cameramen. and I play this game cause:
1. I like it.
2. My comp sucks and I can't play any other up to date pc games...
