Ever since GGE won the euro game award the server support has gone down hill, mabye that is all they wanted? They are like crack dealers with their rubies, give us a taste with rubies then not let us access the Bonuses. I can understand the crash of the 100% bonus (very rare) but I have never had a problem with the 75%. This second crash a voucher Should be issued, members have waited for another bonus, for a week (for it not to work!) GGE said the problem was fixed, so alot of people waited for the next sale (which support said would happen soon-reply from last crash) are we to wait another week for this to happen once again? Cmon GGE support your customers! Voucher us!

I agreed WE MUST GET THIS 100 % OFFER AGAIN FOR EVERY ONE WHO LIKE´S TO GET IT.

Without upgrades and having to consequentially up the prices, surely the most logical way for GGS to fix this re-occuring problem is to run the offer successively in servers, rather than simultaneous?

A randomly synchronic offer would show that no one has a meaningful advantage and surely that is problem solved? Might even help INCREASE the availability of the product GGS are selling... considering time difference and all...

Otherwise we'll all be back here every week with the same problem, or not as good a deal.

I agree with Neave 100%. I used to occasionally buy rubies when there was no sale, mainly the $2.99 or $6.99 package, before they removed those options. Now, I'll only buy when there is a sale, because, unlike some of the people that play this game, I work for my money, which I don't feel like I ever have enough of. I don't get handed money on a silver platter from mommy and daddy. I then wait, sometimes for weeks, for a sale to come up. Inevitably it must happen the 3 or 4 hours I actually sleep, because I usually miss it. I was very excited on Saturday when the 100% sale came up, only to have it not load. I read the forums and knew others had the same problem, so I figured I'd just wait, I wasn't out yet. Then the one came up today, and I still wasn't able to buy any. I'm pretty much out now... And I just started my own alliance, which I was very excited to do finally, and make our Brotherhood stronger. You need rubies to do that, support speed, number of members, attack speed, number bonus etc. Now I have to get by on the 4,000 rubies I have left and hope I don't get attacked by anyone now that this stupid tournament just came up.

I have never posted on the forum, especially complaining about something, but do they want our money or not? We are trying to throw it at them, for something that is worthless in the real world. I'm questioning whether I want to actually buy any at all now, sale or not. And when I'm out of rubies, that's going to make the game less enjoyable, so I may quit altogether. Sad that I've spent this much and been playing this long, now to feel as though it's pointless and I should just find another game to play.

I know they lost a sale of over $100 from me. I'm just sitting here having a beer and shaking my head at their absolute incompetance. If they were a buisness in the real world... their doors would be closed and customers with the cash to spend would GLADLY go elsewhere. Lift your game guys, you want our money? or perhaps you're growing accoustomed to the prospect of the unemployment office?
It doesn't bother me either way... I have a good deal of money to play with and I'll gladly take it elsewhere.

Just a quick update guys, I am talking to CM Pinky and we are in the process of having our letter (there is a link in the original post) to the CEO of Goodgame Studios!

Thank you CM Pinky, hopefully we can resolve this issue together.
