This is the problem when there are 2 threads. Both myself and Pinky have commented in the matter in other threads. Just because we haven't commented in this one as well does not mean it hasn't been noticed.

Malreyn if I get on these forums again and ALL my posts have been deleted you will have one less person to support your game and pay for the 30 dollar walmart laptop server that you run your ruby bonuses on. I've paid HUNDREDS of dollars into this game and I'm not going to come in here and get treated like a child just because you people have bad support. You want to delete my posts and threads? Delete my castle too and save me hundreds of dollars more. And go ahead and tell your upper management about it before you do I'm sure they would love to hear about how you treat people who have dropped more into this game than you make in a month.

Firstly, I have no idea what posts you are talking about. If you wish to send me the details in a PM then I will look into it.
Secondly I would have only deleted spam or posts that were not allowed under the forum rules.

GG needs to get its house in order... If I owned the company I would be working on a Sat. and at the very least issue an official statement to the community. After the fallout from yesterday the owners/Mgrs dont appear to care.

GG needs to get its house in order... If I owned the company I would be working on a Sat. and at the very least issue an official statement to the community. After the fallout from yesterday the owners/Mgrs dont appear to care.
I think the main problem is that GGS work Monday to Friday and when these issues come up it usually seems to be on the weekend when there's nobody around. I suggest closing the game at 6pm on a Friday and opening again at 8am on a Monday. Then we can all have the weekend off

I will let you know what the upper management has to say after they receive our open letter to them.
I am speaking with CM Pinky through Private Messages, and the entire thread and its contents will be printed out to be given to the CEO of GGS on Monday. Any updates I receive from Pinky will be posted in here.
I have also saved a local copy to be sent by real mail in case there are any issues with the forum or the thread.

As Neave has stated above Pinky (and myself) will be looking to get some answers on Monday. We will make a community annoucement (as well as Pinky updating on the letter) as soon as a resolution has been discussed.
