I genuinly dont understand why GGE dont significantly increase the speed of Defensive troop recruitment, maybe change normal def troop speed to similar to the vet swords speed.
What would be the downside for GGE ? the game is already attack lead in terms of power advantage, so increasing the ability of players to replace defense would surely be a bonus. I mean i guess the downside would be it may make wars totally unwinable, if you can replace def faster than anyone can get another army (outside ruby buying).
Maybe put something in the alliance that you can build up with res, ie at the moment you can increase support speed etc. Maybe you can get an alliance that can build up so it can make defenders quicker, also maybe have a one off defensive troop speed boost for alliances? so if you are at war or you are in a tournement you can spend alliance resources to get a speed boost either on attacking or defensive troop manufacture. At least this way you would limit how often alliances could run it for and I guess it may address making wars unwinable.
But it would seem to make sense all around to help alliances replace their defense, lets fact it no one want to hit castles with no defense in them, there is no sport in that.
Just make it expensive enough to ensure it couldnt be a perminant fixture but make it cheap enough (on alliance res) to make sure alliances could give its members help when they really needed it.

So um I suppose the only way to see the rankings are on Facebook... Great they stop all the main events (Beri, Thorn and Blade Coast) for this thing, at most it's a bad joke to get us to spend rubies to attack each other...

got the up date on the hero/gem issue
however, as usual still waiting for gge to email me back and correct the issue
due to that "bug" I was unable to finish In the top 100 and missed out on the reward
still waiting for the rewards when my alliance won the event
and still waiting for the rewards from the last big berimond event
please gge at least acknowledge the issue - and not the company usual ticket # answer

you knw the whole point of setting a target, is that its measurable, achievable, visiable.
Otherwise its totally pointless. A complete waste of everyones time. the thing is with competitions you have a league tabe, you have lots of little goals to get along the way, you have a way to monitor where you are, see if you are anywhere near achieving goal. Where you are amongst your rivals, there is also
This is just some made up target, that someone in their ivory tower has come up with, it adds zero to the game.
This is the laziest thing i have ever seen in a game.
There is no way of knowing what you, your alliance, or your server has achieved, let alone all the servers combined. at the very least, and I mean bare minimum, there needs to be a real time glory total for individuals, alliances the whole server, and then individual servers.
If you cant program this in, they why come up with a "game" concept that includes this.
You are asking all servers to trust you to collate the scores at the end of the event, you havent even told us what we are competing for.
All in all its a complete joke. You guys need to give up the drugs you really do.

oh and yet again GGE roll out an update (although i cant actually see they have done anything at all apart from send a message out) without addressing the bugs from the last update. Loot gems still not working front gems still not working. Chests do not tie up with current event. What on earth do you guys actually do there? you have had days and days to fix these issues, yet you are more intent of rolling out the biggest flop in the history of the game (and believe me thats got some stiff competition!) how many times FIX THE BUGS!!!!
you expect us to pay huge amounts of money to get these bonus's and then you take them away from us!! i guess it wont get done before easter now so you expect all your players to contine to play at serious disadvantage without ever an appology nothing. What are you thinking?
