Ok, We can understand that it was needed to end berimond. But still we did not get our rewards that we were supposed to get. This has made the game pretty much annoying and boring. Also, new events with some unique mechanisms are needed with new rewards and new types of soldiers. I pretty much think that berimond is the only event that could be said PERFECT. But you guys ruined it too. So I think you would learn something and upgrade the mechanisms of the game.

Honestly I'm just hoping that GGS give us something other than troops and food this time though... Just thinking about the amount of time, effort, coin and resources including players who buy rubies GGS need to step the compensation up and get on top of there product even if it is a unforseen technical problem GGS have a bad track history of bugs and glitches, lets not forget the metro problem when they first came out or even the little bugs that affected a lot of players such as the "too many troops on the flank" or the countless others I can't be bothered to put into a list.

Hey guys,
Please see this thread for why we the servers were down. My apologies for not announcing this at the time, I was in a meeting regarding the compensation when it took place.
Right now we are simultaneously working on getting the servers as stable as possible and preparing a compensation for the issues over the weekend. Seen as this event had separate factions and rewards that differ from server to server, we have to consider our course of action carefully.
We understand that you would like to have the compensation as quickly as possible, however we would like take this time to thoroughly consider all aspects of the situation, rather than rushing into a poorly regarded decision.
Despite this, I assure you that we will do everything we can to get a compensation outlined and sent out to you asap.

I understand the need to shut things down and I am pretty certain GGS is not trying to have issues intentionally but what is with the lack of notification?!?! This is just getting rude. It does not take that much effort to send a message to all who were in Beri that there was an issue and that you had to end the event early and all you get is 30 mins more or something.
For whatever reason there seems to be an ongoing failure within GGS to communicate effectively with us, your customers, and you leave us speculating for a weekend to wonder what is going to happen. This problem has happened enough that GGS should have a plan for it. This is not rocket science.

Never mind what postition i was in when it finished I had spent the time building up my camp and troops ready to hit the towers for gallentry points. The compensation i want is for all the gallentry points and coins I could not get because of GGEs mistake. You can keep your free troops and tools

thank you for the info on Beri closing early. I spent a lot of coin recruiting and sending troops and tools over. Hope the compensation is equitable.

Would hope those that were holding reward worthy ranked positions actually get those rewards. No amount of food will be compensatory for the loss of equip pieces. The food, tools, troops are nice yes... but I want the equipment I sat in Beri for hours trying to earn. Not to mention the skips I burned through.
