Please read the original announcement in this discussion - it highlights that the correct rewards will be given at the end of the event based on your final points - but you'll get the correct gems on top of any of the incorrect gems you earn - so a little bonus

Hello Angus, i have completed the tournament twice, the tournament HAS ended, but the correct gems have not been given to me at the end! I do have the commander gems from the second run, so there is a bug! I have 5107 points.

They'll be manually credited in the near future - not directly at the end of the event - probably early next week.

Hey everyone,
As you probably know, there was an error with the rewards in 'hard mode' in the latest Ice Championship. To be precise: the incorrect Gems were credited. On Monday, between 12:00 - 15:00 CET we will grant the correct rewards to accounts of everyone who earned enough points. ATTENTION: Please make sure there is enough free space in your gem inventory during that time. Gems will not be credited if your storage is full and our Customer Service team will not be able to regrant those items.

Hey everyone,
The correct Gems will be credited to everyone who earns them at the end of the Ice Championship - you won't have to do anything to get these if you should have earned them - and you will get to keep the incorrect gems which you are credited with from the Trove of the Winter Imp set.

Sorry i never notice any other notices i just assume when it was mention {at the end of the Ice Championship} which i thought would today.
But as per GGE they keep moving there position , now it will be done manually.
Which will be applied early next week.
One statement would have suffice, uhm let me think okay here goes
Okay guys we new about the problems with the Gem issue in the Ice Championship , because we have to do it manually , we will not be able to do this Until Moday next week . Really Simple message we all can prepare for that just 1 message needed
