Well done guys on the meeting and well done Steve for getting it sorted. Seems we have finally made a step in the right direction .....
Lets hope this is a start to a new relationship with the Customers and GGS support. Where the Customer is heard and the right action is taken.

Great to see GGS finally taking some action to make up for their own mistakes. Looks like the negotiation went rather smoothly and I'm happy with the compensation given out. More could be done to address the timing of the Ice Champ, especially for level 70s who relied on the nomads to finish up their cast (Have had several complaints over here regarding this already)

Personally my answer is a HUGE are you kidding?
I stated very very clearly that the MINIMUM was what you owed me, that doesnt even get close to it i am going to need ALL the prizes I won, and thats before you talk about comensation.
You really aretaking the piss.
Frankly I would rather delete my account than accept this. If gge cant even be bothered to give me the prizes i actually won then i really have no interest in givign them any of my money, simple as that, from day one all i have asked for is what they owe me, what i worked for and what i earned. Anything less is frankly a joke and a big one. And for GGE to come one and say ohh look how good we are we are giving you some of what we owe you back like we should be happy!!!! Come on please!!!!
And as for suggesting that someone else can negotiate on my behalf and accept recompense on my behalf i guess i can accept that if they buy my rubies for me on my behalf.

What about giving out compensation during either nomads OR samurai event, and goving 100 5 hr ships in one blue prize chest and 105 5 hr skips in a 2nd chest and putting a redeem time of say 36 or 48 hrs on both so itgives you chance to use them rather than just lose them
Or credit all the prizes directly into the account then add a blue chest with the remaining 100 or so 5 hrs skips so you can redeem them later. Obviously it would need to be done during a nomad or samurai event.
And as for giving a deadline to claim PMSL, my claim is in already with support!!!

I find it funny that players settled for this when the "boycott" was supposed to also make goodgame studios aware of and confront the many glitches within the game and the constant updates released without any testing and having to constantly patch the updates they just released. The "boycott" was also meant to make gge listen to player feedback as currently there is little to no feedback actually listened to by goodgame studios. You can view this in multiple updates but especially in the recent berimond update when it was announced that gge would be decreasing the amount of coins gained from nomad and sams camps and the majority did not want this yet the update was published anyway the following morning.
Don't think people are seeing the bigger picture here, the nomads disaster could have easily been avoided if the update was tested beforehand. Every update launched recently has countless bugs provided in it and when you keep seeing patched glitches reoccurring like the coin glitch and decimal glitches it is obvious that there is no testing done on the updates before launch, most likely caused by ggs using old coding for new updates. Sure enough players can be bought off with some skips and some tabs now but when the next update is released and we will again - have to wait until they release another 2 updates to patch the newly launched update players will likely feel the same frustration as they have had over the past week.

Thank god ultra, so this is GGE's first offer, ok so they want to make it a negiotiation I got ya go in cheap with a cheeky offer see if they can get a bite. LOL god they really are cheap. its not even as tho it costs them anything!!! Its just pixles!
Again you can see they learned NOTHIN|G, if they think they can get away with giving you less than you are OWED, then they have learned nothing. And the fact some people have said oh thats good is EXACTLY why they get away with it.

I would actually like to say a big thank you to ang, rebelsou , ultra etc. I know that this offer hasn't satisfied everyone but personally i think its not terrible deal and i'm not going to criticise the ones that actually stuck their necks out and probably put a fair amount of time and effort into trying to fight for us.

i think its a horrible result. if you really think i am bothered about a few skips you really are badly mistaken, its really not the point. \the point is there is not a single scenario that \gge should be paying players less than they were promised. \less than they earned. \les than they are owed. if you believe that its OK to accept less then GGE will keep bending you over and giving it to you.

Guys, lets remember, this is a game, not real world or anything, they made it, sure, feedback is a must, and its awesome when they listen to us, but we should just be tahnkful for what we got, I sure am glad that they are helping us out now though.

tbh, my comment about it being brilliant was more directed towards the fact that we made a break through at all
i know this isnt ideal but its more than likely the best we will get and a damn site better than the 25x5hours we were originally getting

Yes, it is a game. But it is one where people have spent their hard earned cash on. If we feel cheated, we have a right to take it seriously and seek a resolution.
