I dont think its a misunderstanding.
The feedback we want you to feedback to whom ever is concerns is we want this fixing before we even hear about future updates.
Surely the same people responsible for ' updating' the game could help provide help and information to the problems created.
Pretty sure someone needs to look at a restructure of the whole process - time and time again updates fail. We feed this back. Yet they still fail. Even no one is listening or no one cares.
Its really not hard to reinstate something owed clearly time wasting because its too much effort to change the timings on the servers effects so they run slightly different than the rest to rectify this problem.

Please tell me that you are not seriously installing another update without having fixed the issues from the last update?
This is not a small issue. I do not have any patience left, don't thank me for having it. I, like everyone else that was swindled, want what we earned and are entitled too. I don't want another update, I don't want excuses, I don't care how the work load is divided in GGS land, you have a major issue across multiple servers. Stop trying to move forward and give placeholder responses. Actually respond and fix our issues. If we were buying broadband from you, I would have switched providers already. Just because we are established in this game do not think we can't leave if you make us more annoyed than we enjoy the game. In fact, many have plenty of time between cool downs for the Samuri's so maybe they will find a game out there for us all to switch to with a company that actually seems to care about the views of the people who fund it's game and their wages.

I can't say I can't disagree. Nomads just got even more boring. Also, could we have a 24 hour cool-down between events to pull my crap together? One moment it's nomads and the next nomads (actually samurai, but hey).
