As Chris has mentioned - many players where left in limbo.
Sunday was mothers day - So I wasnt around to look where I was at the end of the original Berimond Advertised event.
Where ever I was is irreverent , once again there has been a failure in which customers have had to justify themselves which is totally wrong.

Chris also has mentioned you did extend / prolong nomads but have shortened Berimond visually showing its possible. The fact was we all knew it was possible - just time consuming to change everything as their was multiply events running at once and with them realising but not admitting they get things wrong they didnt want to mess up a month long event .
Probably a blessing in disguise.

Totally grown bored of the game along with thousands of other customers - Giving rewards to players in their respective positions when it end Sunday is not a debate - Its happening, sick to death of a shoddy compromise .You advertised something you have to deliver. I didnt agree to the extension so extending it has no relevance. The automated part of the service is automated so we have to respect that - in this case youll have to get more 'man power' to individually sort your customers out.

I dont understand whats to talk about all your giving away is time.. Which we pay you to do. Its a virtual game ,virtual items just do whats right

Someone needs to man up over at GGS and get the ball rolling - what happen to dignity?

I think another thing worth mentioning is that although you don't have as many players screaming and shouting about this issue as before when Nomads screwed up doesn't make it any less important for those who are affected. It just happens to be a lower number of people affected this time as those who were outside of the prize brackets have essentially been dished out an advantage.

Don't worry, I know that this is a super important issue for you guys. No one's taking it lightly, it's just taking us some time to figure out how we can deal with things appropriately (not in terms of what to do, we understand what you guys want, but we're studying the technical possibilities and best way to do it).

That being said, I should have something to announce within the next hour or two. Just finalizing the details now :)

yet another screw up, yet another fob off, yet another apology and yet again nothing is actually being done about the constant bugs, glitches and screw ups.

After the non reply from customer support from the 3/2/2014 and all these constant screw ups it is time to find a new game to waste my time on. Does anyone have any decent suggestions?

at the very least the guys who won on sunday should be given the top reward, even if you have to give it to 2 diff players.

as for the rest i would guess that most of the players that were origionally in the top 100 or top 50 they will still be there.

However if a player has been penilised for dropping out of the prize bracket they were in on sunday they should also be compensated with the prize they would have won.

Its pretty simple.  And really shouldnt be that big a deal to come out and tell everyone, it really shouldnt effect too many players, as the vast majority of players will still be in the same prize bracket as they were on sunday. 

Just ask players that have now won a worse prize to claim via support.  I am sure you have a record of all the places on sunday so it should only take a few mins to check. 

And if anyone falsely claims  fine them!!!!  Stop the time wasters!

It really is simple NO player should be worse off than they would have been if there was not an error by GGE on sunday, its very very simple, if any player is worse off then give them the prize they would have won.

There really shouldnt be much admin at all for support on this one.

Hi Steve, it better be a good gesture from GGS this time around since I've suspended all play until further notice. I hate it being put in a limbo situation, moreover the steadily deteriorating support not available outside office hours. It really time GGS shape up...

Ok so top 120 get the top 50, pretty sure that will cover everyone, and means you do not have a list of players who were top 50 on sunday. I could have helped there I screenshot all the blu faction top 50! Contact me if you need to check someone outside top 120's claim to be top 50.

It's a shame that we, the players, are having to take screenshots as evidence more and more in this game. As a "data driven company", I find it astonishing you seem to lack the ability to simply see who was in the top 100 and top 50 at the time it was supposed to end and reward prizes accordingly.

It's also a shame I now feel the need to screenshot anything significant within the game for my own protection.

If I stay in top 50, does that mean Ill get the rewards twice?

What @CM Arcanine  has mentioned in the official thread is all well and good - but we are only talking about what is owed their.( I assume you could give exactly the rewards for top 50 places that ended Sunday but will cause a lot more time wasted than this method.)

If there wasnt a bug , I wouldnt and I am sure others wouldnt of been here venting anger towards it.

Might be time to start giving these 'good will ' gestures out too. It could only be a positive in doing so,
Customers will be happy -developers will naturally want to be more diligent on future updates to avoid wasting time.

I am happy you have come to a solution with Berimond - but I a NOT a happy customer by any means.( Still waiting on a constructive message from Support other than them directing me to my own thread.)

However I think you should also give the players that were leading on sunday the first prize.  It wont take long to compensate them individually through a claim through customer services. 

It takes a lot of effort, and ruby to win an event, and to lose that prize through no fault of their own it totally sickening.  As a gesture of goodwill you really should be making sure those players are given what they deserve. 

I know the guy in my faction is still winning, as he was not chased down by the guys behind him out of respect, he won fair and square.

But for any of those that lost that position they really should be compensated, its only likely to be a handfull of players at most. 

Remember these are the players you really need to be encouraging, showing how good a company you are not shafting and probably disillusening so much they leave the game.

But the rest I think is good and think it will cover everyone.

I'm sorry Steve, thats no proper solution for me. I spent aprox. 150K rubies for getting into top 50. I was ranked 31 in 2 days. Now you guys give away the same price to players who walked slowly towards top 120. That is not correct in my humble opinion. Nice of you to give the top120 players de price ofcourse, but for the real runners ánd payers there is nothing extra wright?? I supose we get a refund of the rubies then??

As I mentioned in my post I am still not a happy customer.

This is one of the reason why ,overall for a server its a good thing - but individuals still suffer which if why i also mentioned a 'good will' gift for individuals affected in which ever way.
I mentioned this in my Ticket to GGS support which they referred me to the forums - customer service is still terrible.

I wont be giving up either until they understand they are effecting their customers in different ways. We are not all the same and we deserve to be treated as individuals not names of characters.

At the end of the day,glad to hear ill finnaly get my rewards(after all the time and rubies invested to keep myself in top 50 till sunday), in the same time,these bugs and solutions... leaves me with a bitter taste;lost my motivation and will to continue playing.

I tried on Sunday to submit screenprints of players positions to support.  I loaded all screenshots for all 10th Legion players all I got was an error message.  If I cannot provide the screenshots then effectively based on the announcement which places the emphasis on players to prove their position at the time none of those players will get the rewards they earned.  That includes a player Andy80 who finished first in the blue 30-69 category - not just outside the top hundred - 1st.  

As far as I am concerned the solution proposed is nowhere near fair or just.  It is GGE's responsibility to check the player listings not individual players.  If they didn't take screenshots because they weren't on when the issue occured and because other players took advantage of the situation they have no way of proving what position they were in.  So effectively players who are in those positions now are likely to benefit whereas those who fairly earned the rewards will not.  You assume a level of competence in taking a screenshot that many players simply may not have.  

You'll forgive me for not having a huge amount of confidence in a system which produces an error message in response to a simple task.  Can you guarantee it will work.  It has to be GGE who do this not players who are clearly based on the last two days likely to act from self interest.  

My belief is that my guys will miss out and I'm in the firing line for that so thanks for that.  

From a personal point of view I appreciate the offer of the equipment, but given I've already slipped from 7th or 11th to 56th based on not hitting since Sunday when the problem occured, I'd like to decline the offer of the rewards I would not want it under these circumstances.  I paid for the 49,000 ruby camp and will review my spend and submit to you in the hope it might actual reach support a request for reimbursement of that expenditure which I expect you to honour as a loss. This situation in my view fully justifies my concerns about the issues with the revamped Berimond which is flawed and fails to capture in anyway the spirit of the game.  This was the first time I played the new version of Berimond and it will be the last.

Today event ended as Steve said it will,,i've got the top 100 prize,but the not the top 50 ,though sunday morning i was in top 50,and today around 04:00 am i was still in top 60 range,can't belive i've dropped 60 positions in 5h (even if i had ,wich i doubt ,this is unjust!)
Really ,all the work and rubies to get the top 50 artifact were in vain ?!

Hmmm - When are we meant to receive items for the 'new' position rewards?

As customary with GGS they never are very clear. It did how ever sound like we would receive them automatically.
