Hmmm - When are we meant to receive items for the 'new' position rewards?

As customary with GGS they never are very clear. It did how ever sound like we would receive them automatically.

Surprisingly not yet, though I doubt everything will run smoothly.

Does it mean that  players who are in positions 51-120 will receive rewards for top 100 and top 50 ?
Because according to this http://prntscr.com/ad26hf it should happen.

When berimond  needed to end on Sunday i was in top 50 and top 100,and when bug appeared i tryed to stay in top 50 to get both rewards.And today i didnt got any of those rewards,but i heard some players from my aliance got top 100 reward.

From what i have gathered...

FIRST If not first now needs to contact support and wait how ever long it takes them to respond
Top 2-120 get what was the Top 50 reward
Top 121-250 get what was Top 100 reward 

These will be distributed at some point Thursday - When will probably be announced sometimes Thursday because they like to talk rather than take action.

I hope that clears things up.

Just popped up an announcement about this. Apologies that it's taken a while to get the information out to you, but as stated in the announcement, we really want to make sure that everyone who should get their rewards, rightfully does.

Thanks for keeping us updated.

Its not ideal but keeping us in the loop is essential .

From first responses of be print screening the announcement , I have an annoyed alliance.  Hopefully these are the first steps in to improving such measures for the next time this occurs.

This update still have bugs any news on when that will be sorted? The bugs a mounting up.

We get told to contact support in regards if you have finished first in the original beri event that should of ended on sunday, have done that, had no reply and still not got my 1st place reward etc. Now its thurday and still no sign. yet i bet the person that overtook me in the glitched event has his first prize.

What the hell is going on?

did as told and supplied screenshots to support showing i was in 1st when original ended, why no response and more importantly why no reward yet? best be coughing up compo for ppl now, as beyond a joke.

At the very least your support staff shudda responded to emails that are sent with proof, same same old. absolute useless

This is the disappointing thing about the situation we re in.

They are using the excuse they extended this event, in truth there was a bug.
This excuse doesn't get away from false advertising or fraud  as customers where lead to believe the event would last up on till Sunday , NO ANNOUNCEMENT was issued before this time to state it wold be extended so all players who spent rubies to get a reward/succeed in the goal them set themselves were mislead .

This has to be addressed and sorted too. Its all well and good saying you have extended something , but GGS had a time limit which is some cases forces players to spend without in the end needing too.

Still a unhappy customer ..

 I will be starting a chargeback tomorrow fed up with there excuses , i am so fed up with all this, i am dissapointed with GGE there non customer service , there ad lib excuses , its always later, its more complext than we thought , okay lets give everyone rewards those who did right thing by sunday , well you can wait .

Yes i know i will be banned by hey i loss the plot on this game, sometimes we have to stand up , for what is right

I am really sad to say my Individual issue regarding the false/mis-leading advertising was not address just simply told its a bug in the game we didn't extend it.. So either Steves giving us the wrong information , GGS Support is giving the wrong information or it never actually extended we all just dreamed it. Highly frustrated.

@DashO (NL1)  Yeah I am one message past that response that was my reply to my 2nd e-mail the reply to my 3rd was different.
This doesn't fill me with confidence again.
In fact I now feel patronised  to receive a copy and past message when I was ask not to do this with the thousands of others.

There is always a delay nothing we can do.... But they can treat individual issues INDIVIDUALLY.

@CM Arcanine  Sorry Steve This is not acceptable - stop changing the goal posts . GGS MESSED UP. I  expect more that what is owed this time - WE have all let a flaw slide once but not being fooled twice.
Your fundamentals are broke get it sorted!

 The support team is useless - they e-mail back blaming me - believe me If i was there I would be sending all your support team on courses THEY NEED IT. - Already disputing payments now I recommend everyone else does the same , You will not receive everything back but they have mislead us countless times, time get put a stop it all. Absolute sham.

Its a man made game you can do anything you want - if your current team cant get someone skilled enough who can!

Gone from unhappy customer to angry customer..
