Although they change the goal posts that often I wouldn't bank on it

I do not want troops. I spent rubies to achieve those construction tokens and those are what I want or a refund. It really is simple. I did a one day event and was up till 5 in the morning to achieve them as advertised. GGS had a bug and the event did not end, GGS reassured us that our prizes would be fixed, GGS are now not delivering what I won. Putting aside the fact that I altered my evening to achieve the advertised prize, I spent money to do so and now you are not delivering that prize. That is simply not acceptable. You would not order a book on the internet, pay for it and then receive a music cd instead because the book is sold out. You would expect a refund if the supplier cannot deliver what you have paid for. So expect my support email to be going in now.................

please see my thread on customer service. I have now been told that support DONT have the time to address my problem, whilst acknowledging it was a programme bug. I have been offered a paltry amount of compo, no where near what should have been.
I will instruct solicitors next Friday as I am a paying customer, and I believe they have contravened the supply of goods and services act.

So those that originally finished in first place on the original event that should of ended on the sunday like every1 else will recieve there rewards, i sent screen shots via support as asked too even tried asking on here like now.
Where is my first place rewards as still waiting and its now friday evening.
its a disgrace this and all your doing is ignoring me 3 times i have contacted support with the screnshot on wednesday, thursday and today and still nothing not even a response.

i have just been point blank ignored regarding all my beri emails and all i want is my 1st place reward i should of had on the sunday but then lost my position and finished second on the wednesday. still not got the rewards for 1st and no reply eva.UltraFlavoured (GB1) said:I finally got a reply from GGS Support was within my 48 hours so nothing to complain about on response time.
After reading the e-mail I was bitterly disappointed that the was fobbing me off to the forums to see the resolution.
I am really sad to say my Individual issue regarding the false/mis-leading advertising was not address just simply told its a bug in the game we didn't extend it.. So either Steves giving us the wrong information , GGS Support is giving the wrong information or it never actually extended we all just dreamed it. Highly frustrated.
4th e-mail sent back stating the exact same issue I sent in the 1st.
Still unhappy and my issue is not solved. - It was mis-leading , they have committed fraud advertising something with a time limit to change after customers spent cash - They really need to look at this now.
Support e-mail back just wasting my time - I dont get paid to have my time wasted get it sorted.

I would like to add ,
Over a good number of weeks now I have found myself on the forums a lot more. Firstly it started out to see what was happening- Then to see if bugs have been reported. This progressed into frustration of how much input customers was giving but lack of results.
We had a massive glitch with in the game in which Customers were massively effected :- such as Nomad issue and the disastrous Server Crash of USA 1 server ( Which I was aware).
Both of which left customers unhappy and dissatisfied of the resolution GoodGame Studios came up with .
This has now spilled over to yet another event - Once again leaving customers unhappy with misleading information given for start to were we are now. No one is happy with how Berimond has been dealt with so sadly we dont eccept your resolution and expect you to go back and 'try' again. This time succeeding in your work,
The customer service/support is no-existent and frankly is a joke to even use - Its very time consuming and you get little if anything in the way of help. (Just ask your customers here I am sure they would give you a honest answer.)
This can not continue ,this needs to be sorted out.
GoodGame Studios if you think I am going away because you believe you have come to a suitable resolution you a massively mistaken.

hey guys do not stop what you are doing, we need everyone to fight this stupid ggs, dont loose hope, and keep strong on the foruns, tickets, social networks...
if any1 wana check the PT/BR forum, go ahead, its hot in there, very intense. we are on a strike (i dont know if is this the correct word, we suspended all atacks on events, on active players, we stoped buing rubis, stoped using rubi tools...)
i know it is against the rules, to advertise any kind ok strike (and again i dont know if it is the right word), i am just here to make a situation point on the pt/br servers, i have no intent of making you think, that you need t odo the same.
i am from de pt1 server, i usualy ckeck your forum, and i see where we are going with this, ggs have no idea what good will is, or what an apologize letter to their customers is, they dont even listen to our complaints! we recive "political correct" answers, on the foruns, automatic messages from the tickets, they do not correct bugs.... this is a scam, and this last beri event.. oh man, that was diabolic! they treated people that stayed up all night, spent rubis, troops, tools, to get top 50 in 3 days, below the people who had 6 days to enter in the top 120!! and we all know what they did, we got the item much much latter than them, and (OMG) they even gave the rong F*ing ITEM!!
this are just a few reasons, of the many that made us start the strike.
here are the update of our strike, we started this event in half gas and then we started to think "no, this cant bee like this, we need to do something, we used raid call, we had a f*ing huge reunion, with all the f*king allys, and look what we did. we need this game to be great again! (this look like an american cliche, on election period XD) we only stop this strike when they finally listen to us, we are all done with this game.
you can see the time we started (00:00, the print is from 00:03 i guess), and how great we all united in a fight we all think we need!

spread te word, this is one of the biggest movments aganist a single game company in the history of computer gaming, this means alot, this mean our ideias make us unite, even on diferent allys, on this objective, we hug our enemies, and we are growing stronger and stronger.
edit: we all know how hard it is to maintain troops, without events or atackin players for food. we all slept less hours today to keep the trops, and delete some of them. but we all see clear that this is bigger than the individual, the deserting troops ar just coleteral dmg, help us on this mission

I fear GoodGame Studios have closed case on the issue of giving back what is rightly theirs after false advertisement during the Berimond event.
Just because they offered a solution to the majority of customers doesn't mean everything is now perfectly fine.
