Hi all
Have contacted email support because i purchased rubies on an offer not to get that offer.
At the time of purchase i had two offers showing, a 300% offer for hrrors and a 75% extra rubies offer both run ning at same time, so i purchase enough rubies through the horror offer to not receive the horrors and tools etc.
so i get on to support through email and they will not give me the horrors as bud not download lightshot in time to get screen capture. and there excuse is that they were both not showing and only the 75% extra rubies was and the 300% horror one had ended and they dont run offer together apparently according to this response from support:
would like to hear peoples on all this after,
now i have been point blank lied too, reason for this as like my alliance members say they regularly have offer running together and
rubie offers and horror offers running together and will be screenshotting in future to prove this to them, as according to his reply offers don't run together
would appreciate people vies on this as i am not leaving it at that i am sick and tired of gge's screwups but to now rip me off and not give me the horrors i purchased the rubies through, ripping me off as wanted the horrors, in past if both running together i press on the horror offer and i get both but this occasion i never, but what is annoying me even more, is the fact he can lie saying offers do not run at same time when they do. yes i got the 75% offer but it was the horrors i wanted the most and is that i actually pressed and purchased through.
Will be taking further action as i am not just leaving it at this and as stands won't be buying rubies again if they feel like ripping u off.

Thank you very much for your message.
I apologise but I did not mean to suggest that a lack of screenshots was the reason I am unable to credit this offer. This is not the case. As the system is designed in a way that these offers should not run together this was the reasoning for my inability to credit the rewards. While it is possible there was a server delay that kept both offers up on screen they do not run simultaneously under any circumstance and the 300% offer was in fact over when you made your purchase. My request for a screenshot was simply to provide me with more information about what you have experienced in case the information I had provided was in some way incorrect and a screenshot would allow me to see more clearly which offer you were referring to but as the offer you are discussing is not one that will ever run concurrently with a Prime Time offer that grants bonus rubies when purchased I am unable to provide the extra rewards as no player will receive both for a purchase.
I Hope this has explained the offer system a little better and cleared things up a little in regards to these offers. I am sorry we were unable to credit this to you but I hope you can understand our position on the matter. what he has said is total lies. and to lie to a customer is disgusting quite frankly.
obviously won't get my horrors etc but just thought i would share the fact that GGE lie to there customers and gamers

The tech guy hasn't a clue swifty, I have offers stacking up and have 3 going at the same time on my screen, as it gets annoying having to move around them. Is the idiot talking about the same game or another game they can cock up

One thing for sure lost my custom as will be a non rubie player now, as all these cock ups on this game have become a joke. the thing that has annoyed me even more is the lies coming out his gob we all know they stack up as gets on ya nerves blocking half the map. gonna screenshot next time both are showing together rubie and the horror, if they havn't now changed it on my account to cover it up, which wouldn't suprise me. as i get em both together at least a couple of times a week so if get non now they have covered it up.

Hi Swifty, I know exactly when this happened and exactly why this happened, because I could have easily done the same thing, there was a glitch on friday I think it was, where the 300% horror offer that included the glory combo tools was occasionally popping up on the screen, but when you closed it down it wasn't showing here:http://prntscr.com/acvhkk the offer was in fact not there, however it did pop up every 30 minutes as a glitch, so in my eyes you are completely in the right and GGS have really cocked up with another glitch. Hope this helps you get those horrors

many thanks on that, as contacted support and it basically got thrown in my face and said i am a liar pretty and it don't happen, but i get it regular like that or did, not seen since i contacted them. glad someone else see it. the thing that got me the most is ye if was a glitch explain that in fist place rather than in my earlier messages with him practically calling me a liar. thats what got me.
In teory whether glitch or not i was unaware that what it was purchased and really i shud recieve them, yes i understand where people come from saying you got the 75% bonus but fact is if both were there i should recieve both.
Until they seriously sort themselves out not jusst with this issue but everything on whole like me not getting first place reward on sunday now 2nd and way behind, yes i am not only suffered there and i am angered for the community on that one not just for myself, then we had nomads and other things. so until there is a vast improvement i am now boycotting on rubie buying. yes i only spend bout £50 a week for past few weeks but currently that will stop. as for the horrors they have refused to budge

I get multiple offers occasionally just as the op mentioned. I actually saw a 200% offer and troop offer together last night! They are lying to you and im not at all surprised. Shady character has been unmasked and its gge.
