You don't get those pieces of equipment in the Nob contest until either level 40 or level 50, below that it's just rare heroes, troops or rubies.

Well to be fair, winning sams isnt TOO hard, I was 1st till the last day ( lv50+ bracket)

Hi all. Had a little read and as my name was mentioned I may as well chip in.
Went online yesterday to find 2 or 3 messages from Twistedmind complaining about the attack (and rightly so because it was out of order), one entitled, "Is Asgar Drunk", so he'd already moved towards abuse without even talking to me.
Why you have 'blocked me' I have no idea, as I immediately:
1) contacted you, said we'd look into it and get back to you when we had an explanation (not a justification, an EXPLANATION from the player)
2) said I was talking to my alliance colleagues about it
2) then took time to explain to you how to screenshot and send URLs of the attack, messages, etc.
After 2 messages you started to wind me up by being rude, although I didn't get that same level of abuse Asgar did. I tried to help you but you didn't mention the abuse you'd sent already to Asgar during our conversations!
I appreciated your anger but we wanted to find out from the player why he did what he did, regardless of your annoyance, then deal with it and get back to you. It would've been very likely we'd have forced a return of resources and some, but now Twistedmind you have caused so much anger with your attitude, we have kicked Benjig1999 out, so he has nothing to do with this alliance. What he did was WRONG but players act on their own in this game and no alliance can control a player's account or actions!
If we multi-accounted and pass shared we could've stopped the attack, called it back or sorted it out quicker, couldn't we, but we don't do that!
A little patience, a little less abuse and waiting a few hours (given the damage was unfortunately already done), and this would have been resolved effectively, there would have been an apology and some resources, and everything would've been sweet. But instead you've wound yourself up, created a thread where you now look like one of the game's nasty abusive trolls and have wasted a lot of people's time. Always happy to try and help if I can.
