You sure you're really an Elf?  Elrond, speaking of the Elven Rings, Fellowship of the Ring pg. 301: "They are not idle.  But they were not made as weapons of war or conquest: that is not their power.  Those who made them did not desire strength or domination or hoarded wealth, but understanding, making and healing, to preserve all things unstained."  There were also only three of them, held by Elrond, Galadriel, and Gandalf: Glorfindel did NOT have one; and would know better than to try and use one as a weapon when that's not their power. Furthermore, you are not behaving the way Glorfindel does in the books OR the movies, you are acting like a Nazgul.  You DO know what a Nazgul is, yes?
