I should hope not in regards t these bugs being intentional.
When and when you do not work isn't the issue having weekend staff at the moment would help but it wouldnt fix an y issues. Complaints arise because there are faults nothing is 100% perfect customers have to accept that but what % actually works for us ?
The focal point is the development team need to up there own game - Make sure new updates actually function correctly when coming up with new ideas make it a new idea no overlay a skin on a previous event.

I thoroughly agree with many of the above posts and also expect the end of event gifts to be paid out as per the actual end of the event.
I had to troll through this thread to find that GGS are aware and looking at it. Perhaps, again, an announcement should be made?

EDIT: @CM Arcanine 'Proper information? ' Simply being courteous and announcing you understand there is a problem and your looking into it is applying customer service, at the minute -players getting frustrated with things- No answers and you've been working a good few hours now. Are the developers still in school ?

Something to note regarding this Berimond that was originally 2days.
Most of my alliance members who were playing in beri were safely in the Top50 (Bears side) with 15mins to go to the finish. Then there was a surge of beri activity, like bears stampeding and a lot of us got pushed out of the Top50 very odd indeed considering that we were still battling in beri and most of this strange activity was from Alchemists and then there was a pause or freeze in the game some people thought it may have been a refresh issue however then the game reset to 49days.
There's advantages and disadvantages re the beri reset however it is too long a duration is like a beri marathon and I do not really want to stay up late playing beri for the next 48days.

Beyond a joke now, I bought rubies to stay top 50 and then get screwed over yet again, on the US server I am still waiting for my missing troops from the crash to be returned, how long ago was that????? is this going to be lets sit down and chat and then have a meeting, should take a couple of weeks again bulls***
Been playing over 4yrs now but finally totally fed up with it, its not a game anymore its turning into work and annoying work at that.
I want my men returned on the US server and I want my top 50 rewards from Berri on the UK server today, not in a week or two.
I have sent you screen shots of my position (no crude remarks you lot) so its not bloody hard is it.
Rant done.

Marabus did attack me after event was finished 7.30am and restarted he attacked at 7.50am don't think it would alter his position but clearly he does not play fairBatten (GB1) said:Just to be clear based on our screenshots there is no evidence Gladiators players hit post the end of the event their scores as far as I can see haven't changed. For older players this is something we've experienced before. And in the update section the rollback of the US server is still clearly displayed. Everybody knows the event was due to finish yesterday. Players and alliances are free to make there own choices but my view is clear I agreed when I signed up not to take advantage of technical issues, to continue playing in my view would be to do so, consequently I won't be doing anything in Berimond until GGE provide clarification. That for me is the only sensible and fair option which is why I advocated it to my alliance and the server as a whole.
I'd reiterate I understand people hitting for food to save losing troops but beyond that... Any alliance claiming to respect fairplay would not seek to take advantage of a situation like this. Once you identify a bug or fault you report it and you wait for a response you don't continue to exploit it when others are not.

What is happening with berimond, I has spend a lot of time and rubbies, to be in the top 50, and when the event should stop yesterday, there was no rewards, but 50 days more to the event, I think that is not good, and bad marketing for GGE, I think that GGE should pay back the rubbies people has spend in the event, and yes I has write to support, but still no answer :-((

I think, that the programmers are testing Berimond event in several different settings and options. The Berimond-castles in the Green world and now a 50 days event are evidence of this testing phase. We as players can complain about this devellopement, but the programmers are doing their best to create an interesting event for us all. So if we help the programmers with our findings and wishes in the forum, than we bring more positive energy in our game (more than if we complain).
Creating a great game is not only responsability of the programmers and management of GGE, but we're alle responsible for it.

You need a clear announcement on the home page as a holding response. We have seen it, we are looking at it and will have more info for you shortly. Then before everyone goes home at 5. you post an update, even if that is to acknowledge that you are still investigating it. That way you keep people informed at all stages and we give you a chance to fix it rather than going round in circles on the forum because it's the only way we sometimes get a response. It is a basic customer service principle. We are all away mistakes happen (though too frequently on here) but how you handle them is what either reassures your customers and they feel safe in the knowledge that you will fix it and they would lose out OR they feel under informed, confused and doubt that you are doing anything and that they will have to fight to not lose out. The former scenario leaves with generally happy customers (though we would like less mistakes to be truly happy) and the later one leaves you with unhappy ones, who get unhappier that as a company you seem unable to value them at all. The lack of customer service, compounds and exacerbates every error / bug that takes place.CM Arcanine said:@cheza2000 (GB1)

*If/ When there is a fault customer are rectified and offered more as 'good will' ,
*They own up to the fault keeping players upto date - not waiting for 'more solid' information.
*They actual release and test an update - Stick the their rules of exploiting and everyone knows it will be all sorted it the end - Basically they have a good foundation structure.
*Most of there updates are updates not game fixes to fix fixes that fix a fix that needs fixing rather than fixing a fix for the first fix they was fixing at the start.
First rule of game development - NEVER PATCH A PATCH..Remove patch and update with all relevant information.

This new version of 50 days berimond opens a new option. The old version stopped at the moment that the big capital at the end fell. Now we can keep on fighting till the enemy is totally whiped out.
However this succes depends if some big players decide not to play Berimond. Hugh ruby players will take the most initiative and small players are only succesfull if the big players are on his side. This makes honest playing almost impossible.

Please note, I cannot actually get into this event at all now but others are still playing it as normal, When the event ended i was 16th now I am informed I am 41st and dropping, and i cant even go in ther to see or to compete to stay in the top 50. Whats worse than having an event where you move the goal posts in terms of duration, is having an event where some players can play and others cant. Come on GGE leaving it like this is the worst case scenario. At the very least the first thing that should have been done was to lock ALL players out of the event as soon as you came in this morning. at least that woudl have minimised the damage done to ranking / places etc. Now its a total joke. if i drop out of the top 50 becasue i cant play and others can I will be very unhappy.
On the back of all the other issues recently this is a completeand utter joke. Please keep us informed what you are going to do. And please lets not have the debarcle of the nomad event where you make players beg for what they earned. I am guessing you know the exact rankings as per the sunday morning finish time, just give the prizes out as per that, and end the current event. Cant be that difficult surely.

Same as last time , we have screwed an event up but before we fix it have a look at the upcoming new event, when will they learn.
