For newbies wait for the 50% OFF before buying that bakery so that you'll only get it at 625 rubies instead of 1250.

I'd give that advice to anyone - 625 rubies off isn't a phenomenal amount, but if you want to upgrade to a level 4 bakery in 7 different castles all at once (or even more ruby buildings with multiple construction slots!), that sale could save you a fortune. You could also the sale by buying your ruby tools in bulk when it comes (of course, this won't work with armourer stuff).

The sale doesn't just help those who buy little/no rubies - it can also be used to save big money for those mega-ruby buyers.

I think it is still good to buy good defense tools from time to time (like the 50% ruby discount) then just store them for use on emergencies when really higher level players attack... since no matter how much defense troops you have maxed on the walls and gate they might not be enough to win and a significant boost from ruby defense tools might help sway the outcome.

And that is of course after the newbie already bought the bakery... For newbies wait for the 50% OFF before buying that bakery so that you'll only get it at 625 rubies instead of 1250.

I understand what you're saying, but some of the items you can get for your castellens from rbcs can give you a much better defensive bonus then even the best ruby tools.

That depends on what level you are, how active you are, and more importantly, what ruby-rewarding things you do.

If you mean "auto-building stuff" by "building my place", then you have wasted your rubies on possibly the least useful ruby thing in the game. Next time, invest your rubies in something useful, like a bakery.

how do i get castellans

[1530795] GhjHero [None] :: April 7, 2013, 10:53 p.m.

By attacking other players. The more honor they have the more honor you can get by successfully attacking them.

@xxDBOxx. Castellens are obtained by leveling up your estate.

You don't have to pay with rubies - you can (and probably should) pay with resources. Paying with rubies is an option, but it's not a clever option unless you've spent millions of rubies on the more important things (just about everything) first.

Yeah but how much does each option cost?
